Chapter 20: Secret's out

Anna's POV:

"What are you talking about?!" I asked him, trying to hide my nervousness

He moves his face closer to mine, inspecting my face "You know what I'm talking about"

"I can't seem to get what you're trying to say" I replied

He smiled at me seductively, it made my heart skipped a beat "I'll show you" he pushed my arms against the wall like some sort of rape scene or maybe this is actually a rape scene. I couldn't move, my hands were weakened.

I noticed that his shirt was almost unbuttoned. He came closer and closer to me. I wanted to scream for help but a voice came to my mind "Fight back"

First, I moved my foot to the front to block him towards me then kicked him on the side, causing him to let go of me. Then I punched him on the face and kick him again. He laid faced on the ground as I grasped his hands behind him so that he couldn't move.

"Just what do you think you're doing! I'll report you to Lele!" I yelled at him

He smiled at me "So this is the real you" he said "I was only facing you straight. Don't take this too seriously"

I was stoned that he found out my secret about being boyish. It was his plan all along, waiting for me outside the school, walking home together, it's all planned.

I don't know what to do anymore, I released him. I expected that he would tell the others the true me then all of them will despise me. No one would ever trust me again.

Instead of running away, he stared at me like waiting for my response to explain everything

"What are you waiting for?" I said to him "You're just gonna go and tell the others"

"Tell them what?" he asked innocently

"You know" I gestured my hands to my body "All this, the true me"

He paused for a few seconds "Care to explain me why you decided to hide the real you?"

Of course I have to tell him, it will only make things worse if you don't tell anyone in here about your secret. I pulled his arm to follow me, some place where there's no people that we know so that I can explain everything to him.

We went to the public playground.

"Personal reasons, eh?" he sighed

I nodded quietly "It's hard when you're a girl who is tough, they don't find interest in you" I said

"So that's why you hid your true self and exchanged schools?" he said "but why St. Clement's Academy?"

"That's the only school that has a dorm and people I don't know. It makes things a lot easier when people don't know anything about you" I replied

"I see"

We watched the children playing tag and swinging on the swing, having fun. I can't tell what this guy's thinking. Although he seems kind of different. From a lazy and rebelled Alyn to mature and smart Alyn, more like a prince.

"I'll help you with the cleaning duty" he continued

I sighed with relief "Thanks!"

Then his eyes were widened, like some sort he forgot something "Wait, I can't" he said

"Why not?"

"I'm not the type of guy who does the cleaning at school" he smiled

Anger runs down on my face. I wanted to punch him on the face for getting my hopes up then tells me he can't.

"The heck! You have to help me with the cleaning duty!" I shouted at him then punched his shoulders

"Huh? What was that? A wind?" he said sarcastically then went home by himself, leaving me stand in the ground frustrated.

Few hours later...

I was in the living room with Yu and Ethan, they were waiting for the girls they asked out to reply. they say that whoever doesn't get called will be the one who'll pay when we all go out. I stayed quiet after the talk with Alyn. 

"Changing plans, if I get the reply first, you buy me lunch for the whole week" Ethan proudly recited in front of Yu and I

"Shut the fuck up! No way! You're always so confident because you always win every time we do this!" Yu disapproved

Ethan doesn't respond to Yu. He's making faces to Yu. They noticed that I was quiet the whole time since I arrived at the dorm.

"Hey, Anna. What's wrong?" Yu asks

"Nothing" I replied

"It looks like you're worried or something" Ethan added "Come on, you can tell us"

Alyn passed by us. Great timing...

I looked at him but he doesn't give a fuck. Ethan and Yu also turned their heads to my direction

"No way" Yu turns to me "I can sense some black aura from you towards Al"

We caught Alyn's attention but he doesn't respond or say anything. He pisses me off. Then a brilliant plan came to my mind.

I turned my head to Ethan and Yu "Do you know a person who loves flowers?"
