The school gate is closed, indicating that students are late forbidden to enter.

And the brown-haired guy was seen walking toward the school gate.

His green eyeballs stared flatly toward the closed school gate. The student was late. He was used to being late like this, and for the same reason. The boy sighed.

The green eyeball turned to a girl who ran toward the school gate. The girl ran breathlessly. The girl was a bit disappointed when she saw the school gate was closed. The girl was pouting.

a guy named Manuel Rios Fernandez, or the guy who is often called 'Manu' stares at the girl beside him.

"Why is the gate closed? Why am I late?!" The girl was annoyed herself while stepping on her foot.

Manu frowned at the girl. Looks like the girl is not aware of her there yet.

The girl grimace. "Mom will scold me after this."

Manu little pity to see the girl, he smiled thinly. "Hey, your mom will not yell at you."

the girl turned with a little surprise, just realized there was someone nearby. The girl linked her eyebrows. "Are you a ghost?"

Manu chuckled and shook his head. "No, I'm not a demon."

The girl wiped her chest and sighed with relief. "I thought you were a ghost, sorry."

Manu smiled, and says. "No problem."

"Well, why your mother will scold to you after this?" Manu asked her.

The girl pouted again, and bowed her head. "Because I wake up late, and I'm late."

"Then?"

the brown-haired girl looked at Manu. "So I have to go home, and my mother will ask me why."

Manu nodded, he turned toward the girl. A smile engraved on her thick lips. "The bell going to class will be in ten minutes, do not you want to go to class?"

"But I'm late," the girl didn't understand what Manu was saying.

"Do you want to know how?"

"How's that?"

Manu smiled and pulled his wrist. "Come with me!"

the girl just obeyed while frowning confused. "Where?"

Manu stopped in front of a wall covered with wood and twigs of trees. The boy smiled back at the girl who was staring at him bewildered.

"I don't understand," the girl said, scratching the back of her neck.

Manu took some of the wood and branches of the tree, then patted his dirty hands. He looked at the girl. "Come on, before you're late and your mother gets mad."

After Manu moved the wood and branches of the tree, there was a rusty little gate. The girl was gaping slightly to see there was a small gate there. "This is the first time I've seen this gate."

"I found this gate when I saw some students trying to ditch a few days ago, and they passed this little gate."

Manu smiled again. "Enter before the bell enters the class."

the girl nodded. He lowered his head slightly to pass through the small gate. The girl frowned as Manu did not come in. "Why do not you come in? Come on, then the bell will go to class."

"No, I'm a little unwell to attend classes, you just go in."

The girl nodded and smiled. "Then you take a break, hopefully heal quickly."

"Thanks."

"Thank you for helping me too. Bye!" the girl turned around to go to her class.

"Wait!"

The girl turned back to Manu.

"My name is Manu, and what is your name?" asked Manu while smiled.

The girl smiled to Manu. "Jessy. Nice to meet you, Manu!"

Manu waves his hand at Jessy. "Nice to meet you too, Jessy!"

The girl walked back to her class. Manu just smiled staring at Jessy's back getting away. Manu turned around.

"Her name is Jessy, but what's her class?" Manu looked back, but the girl had entered his class.

"Yeah... Jessy."
