A/N: I have been very busy with school, so I apologize for not publishing. Hopefully, I will be able to make it up to you guys over Christmas break. 😘

-Andy's POV-

I walked quietly through the hallways watching things being pointed out to me left and right. This studio was much smaller than the one they were building, but it was still very nice.

We continued to walk as Calum talked about some of the rooms. It wasn't like one of those boring ass tours in a museum; it was actually kinda cool. The others walked near us quietly, commenting when they saw the opportunity.

We took a left into this small room that had instruments that made the room seem massive. It was lined with instruments. There were guitars on every wall and keyboards and drum kits in every corner. When we walked in, all four of our mouths dropped in shock. It was beautiful. Sure it was quaint to some, but it looked like a music store. Calum spoke up, "These are free for any of you to use. We have our main instruments and I'm sure you've brought yours, but these are here whenever you want to use them." He smiled at the end of it and we had to pick our jaws off of the floor. We could actually use these things. They weren't just for us to stare at. We eventually made our way back to the front to where our moms were.

"So how'd it go?" My mom said. I kind of just smiled.  John asked for all of us, including the guys and our moms, to come into his office. We sat and talked about our options. "Your moms and I have spoken about some of the legal things concerning you all, but now onto the more interesting stuff. You will get to stay with they guys and make sure everything works out, and if it does then a possible tour could be put into place," John read. It was exciting to think about, but also kind of scary too. "How about you all stay here with them tonight, and your moms can have the hotel rooms." I kind of liked the idea, but my mom would never go for it. It was nerve-racking, but I still wanted to convince her. If it weren't for the other moms, then it would be an all time no. ;)

The guys and John stepped out to let us talk. My mom was the first to say Hell No. "I don't know these guys well enough." I assured her that it would be okay, but she still wasn't so sure. Audrey's mom piped up. "I think this is the best opportunity for the girls. I really do. One night won't hurt anybody. Don't you trust our girls enough? Even if you don't trust the boys." She was right. What were we going to do? After careful elaboration, my mom was outvoted.

We walked into the living area to tell them our verdict. They were super happy about it. It was around 6pm, and our mothers left to go to their hotel rooms. We sat down in a sort of awkward silence. "I'm glad you guys could stay." Michael said, breaking the silence. "Me too." I said kind of nervously. I was scared to talk, but I figured after a few hours that a few words would be greatly appreciated. Luke kind of smiled at me. I think this boy likes it when I use my mouth for words. I mean it's not often, but still. The rest of the band smiled too, but his sticked out to me. "I don't want things to be weird either." Ashton mentioned. "For starters, you can call me Ash if you want. You don't have to, though. It's just everyone just met and I get how it's just that weird vibe, ya know?" I wanted to tell him how I understood, but instead I just contributed to the awkwardness. Luckily Addie spoke up for me. "I understand. I'm glad you said that. I feel the weird tension in the room and I kinda would love for things to be normal." I was definitely feeling all of that. Michael responded, "In sake of being normal, who wants pizza?" Everyone said I as we laughed.

He went over to the phone and then it hit me. I'm vegan. I can't even eat pizza. How am I going to tell him this. I was for the sake of being normal. Luke looked at me weird, "Is something wrong, Andy." I forgot how to produce words in front of a new human being. "Uh, yeah sorry, I'm just thinking." "Oh, okay." He said kind of confused. I didn't want to tell him, but I sure as Hell wasn't eating that pizza. Michael turned around to ask if all of us liked pepperoni. That's when Audrey remembered I was vegan. "Andy's  actually Vegan, she can't even have the cheese." Luke looked at me, "That's what you were thinking about. You should've just told us; it's not a big deal. We can get you a personal vegan one if you want." "I don't want to be a bother." I said, speaking the most words I had all day. "So you just weren't going to eat? It's completely fine. We got you." Ashton responded from beside of Calum. Michael ordered the pizzas, and we sat there talking for a little bit.

We all got to know each other a little better, and I finally felt more comfortable. They were all really sweet, which I suspected from the beginning, but I just have this weird thing with getting close to people and trusting them. The pizzas finally came and after we ate everyone sat and played video games, talked, and did kind of whatever together. "I need some fresh air, so I think I'm going to go take a walk." I mentioned to the group of people all glued to whatever things they were doing. Luke got up and looked at me. "Can I go with you? It's your first night here, and I don't want you getting lost. Also, I kind of want to go walking too." He was super sweet, so of course I didn't have a problem with it. We took off down the path heading towards the harbor. "So what was that thing earlier?" He mentioned looking towards me. "What thing?" I asked.
"I don't know; it's just you acted as if you were too
nervous to tell us anything."

"It's nothing. I just... I don't know."

"It's okay. How was your flight down here?" He said changing the subject.

"Um... I slept for a good 20 minutes at best, but it was okay."

"That's a long flight. How are you not falling over from sleep deprivation?" He said with a laugh.

"I guess you get used to it." I immediately regretted saying that.

"What do you mean?" He asked, with his hands in his pockets.

I quickly responded. "Nothing."

We stayed silent for a few more moments as we reached the harbor. It was absolutely gorgeous.
"It's lovely isn't it?" He asked.

"It's absolutely gorgeous." I stated, trying to keep my mouth from hanging open. That seemed to be happening a lot this trip.

"Here, I have somewhere to show you." He said with a smile. "It's called Sandover." It was this lookout point that seemed as if it wasn't visited a lot. There was a small metal shack that we climbed on top of and looked up at the stars. "I like your hoodie, by the way." Luke said looking at me. He was such a dork. They all were, but especially him. We talked about bands as we sat on the roof of what seemed to be a forbidden shack. After awhile I looked down at my phone. "It's 10pm, we've been here for two hours." I couldn't believe I actually was having a good time with someone. We headed back as it started to rain. I started dancing like a fool, but I didn't feel judged. It felt nice. We passed this coffee shop that looked beautiful and we continued to talk as I danced in the rain.
"Are you excited for this?" He asked, laughing at me in a nice way.

"Of course." I said, slowing down my pace. I started to walk next to him.

"Me too." He said with a smile. He was so genuine. Not in a he wanted to get in your pants type of way, but in just a really supportive way. I've never been this "open" with someone when first meeting them. I'm always so awkward. I decided to tell him.

"Ya know, I'm not used to being not awkward around new people." He kind of laughed to himself. At this point we were both becoming soaked, and I had started to cough. Luckily we were almost in the door. He seems to laugh a lot, but not in a weird way. In just a really nice way.

"I'm glad to hear you're not being awkward for once." He said looking at me. I felt as if we were going to have this lifetime connection, but I could be wrong.

"Yeah." I said laughing. We walked up to the door and I almost slipped, but he was behind me. Of course I had to be stupid. "Never mind." I stated referring to how I really was awkward. We both laughed as we walked inside.

"Hey, you guys. We thought you were dead." Calum looked at us laughing. Michael was the next to have something to say, "Andy and you seem to be getting along. Earlier she wasn't talking. How did that happen?" Luke and I just kind of looked at each other and smiled. "Did you all go to the coffee shop?"  Ashton asked. "No, we went down to uh the harbor and kind of just looked around and talked." So obviously they went to the coffee shop like they were in Friends, but I mean why didn't he just call it Sandover? If it's his make out spot, then I quit. The studio was on a street on the opposite side of the opera house, but unlike most of the streets near here, this area was quiet and looked like it's own town. Everyone talked for a bit before drifting off. Tomorrow sure would be interesting.
