What you will need:
-pencils
-glitter
-glue

1.All you have to do is spread the glue all over the pencil and sprinkle glitter of your choice all over it.

2.Once you are satisfied with how it looks, you let it dry.
If you are worried about the pencil getting spoilt while drying you can insert it in a sharpener and let it stay there to dry since most of it will just be in the air.

3.After it has dried apply another layer of glue in order to seal the glitter so that it does not shed when ever you use it.
