Chapter 26

HARRY’S POV

            I woke up to the morning sunshine flooding in through the blinds in my bedroom. I moved to rub my sleepy eyes and remembered that Catherine was sound asleep next to me. My t-shirt was now hanging over her beautiful body while she slept peacefully. I sat up just enough to see the alarm clock on the table next to the side Catherine was sleeping on. It read that it was almost noon.

            “Baby,” I whispered. “Wake up.”

            “What time is it?” she groaned sleepily, her eyes still closed.

            “Almost noon.”

            “What?!” she shot up, almost hitting me in the face with hers.

            “Why, do you have something planned?”

            “No, I just need to let the girls know I’m here and that I’m safe. They’re probably worried sick. Why didn’t you—“ I pressed my lips to her, causing her to drop her phone in her lap.

            “I’m sure they know you’re here,” I said smiling at her.

            “At least let me text them.”

            “Do what you want, but I would really love if you took a shower with me.”

            “Maybe,” she said smirking.

            “Maybe?” I mumbled kissing under her ear.

            “You can’t tease your way into this one.”

            “Wanna bet?” I said kissing down her neck and sucking her collarbones.

            “Y-yeah,” she stuttered, her eyes closing.

            “I win,” I whispered against her skin.

            “Fuck you. I’ll meet you in there,” she said rolling her eyes.

            “Okay, and I have every intention to fuck you,” I said winking. I went into the bathroom, pulling the glass door back and letting the water heat up. I heard the door open and close behind me, so I turned to see a completely naked Catherine, her hair falling down her shoulders and all of her beautiful curves exposed.

            “So are we showering or not?” she asked.

            “Yes ma’am.” She stepped into the steaming shower and I followed after her.

            “So what’s the plan for today?” Catherine asked while running the towel through her wet hair.

            “Whatever you want to do, babe,” I said beaming at her and pulling my shirt over my head.

            “What day are we leaving?” she asked.

            “We have two days left.”

            “Okay, so take me somewhere that you love.”

            “I love anywhere you are.”

            “Cheesy, but sweet,” she said walking over and wrapping her arms around my neck. I kissed her lips softly, tangling my fingers in her still wet hair. I moved one hand to her cheek and continued to kiss her plump lips.

            “Okay, let’s go,” I said smiling down at her.

            “Let me just put some makeup on.”

            “You don’t even need that.”

            “Just give me a minute,” she said rolling her eyes.

            After twenty minutes of Catherine trying to get her eyeliner ‘perfect,’ we headed toward London. With all the traffic, it took three hours to get into London, but it was well worth the wait.

            “I can’t believe you brought me to London,” Catherine said, her eyes staring at the city scene out the window.

            “I’d take you anywhere you want to go, love.”

            “Harry,” she said softly while turning to face me.

            “Yes?” I said trying to look at her while keeping up with the slow traffic.

            “I love you.”

            “I love you too, Catherine.”

            “I don’t know how we got this chance to be together, but I’m so glad fate got us here. I never thought it would ever happen.” I smiled over at her, taking her hand in mine and pressing the back of it to my lips.

CATHERINE’S POV

            After spending all day in London, Harry and I finally headed back to his house. We stopped for dinner along the way, getting crowded by only a few fans, but after a day filled with them, it was making me impatient.

            “I’m so sorry,” Harry said as he sat down across from me.

            “It’s okay. I know it’s something I’ll have to get used to.”

            “When we get back in the car, feel free to fall asleep. I can carry you in the house. You seem exhausted, babe.” I smiled at him while looking at the menu. Chicken tenders were what I needed right now.

Once we were back in the car, I pulled up all of the pictures that I took of Harry and me today throughout the city. We took pictures in front of Big Ben and The Eye. My favorite was the one where Harry and I were kissing and the background was the Tower Bridge. I smiled at the picture and tweeted it with the caption: Great day x. I locked my phone and drifted off to sleep to the soft sound of the tires on the road as we traveled back to Harry’s house.

“We’re back,” Harry whispered into my ear. I couldn’t open my eyes, so I let Harry carry me inside. I curled into the crook of his neck, breathing in his cologne and holding his neck. He carried me up the stairs into his room, laying me flat on the bed. I fluttered my eyes open only slightly and watched him change into his clothes.

“Are you going to change?” he asked in a now normal tone. He knew I was awake.

“How’d you know I was awake?” I asked smiling up at him from the bed.

“I saw you watching me change,” he said adding a smirk at the end. I rolled my eyes and dug through his drawers for a shirt to wear. I put a gray t-shirt over my head, letting it fall mid-thigh. After brushing my teeth and hair, I joined a shirtless Harry in bed.

“You’re beautiful,” he mumbled into the crook of my neck as his arms snaked around my waist. I didn’t know how to respond, so I closed my eyes and sighed contently.

A/N: So now I've decided to put the note at the end now. I'm sorry this chapter is short, but it's more of a filler. I'm also I haven't updated in 327584376874 years. But here you go. I'll try to update this weekend. I love you all and thank you for reading.
