Prologue

A/n: Hey loves so I'm trying to make another book now that I'm a few years older and can hopefully not make a cringey book, okay love y'all! Also that's Prestyn above Incase your wondering!

Prestyn's Pov
I woke up with my white sheets in a clump around me. I let out a loud groan and slowly crawl out of bed. Sadly today was Monday everyone favorite day, I start to strip off my clothes as I walk to my shower. I turn the water on and make sure it's pretty much 100 degrees before I step in. I do everything I need to do, then I step out of my shower and wrap the towel around my small, short body.
Bing Bing
I look down at my phone and see I got a text
from Grayson.
Bff Gray: Hey P, I'm picking you up today!
Me: okay thanks Gray, See you then!

I continue getting dressed then I walk over to my vanity and blow dry my hair. I leave my hair naturally wavy. I grab my backpack and walk towards the door to wait for Dolan but then I see a note on the counter.

           Dear Prestyn,
Honey I have to go on another business trip to LA for another 4 months. I know you hate when I do this because we never see each other anymore, but I'm doing everything thing I can sweet heart. I left money for you in the cabinet. See you soon, love you and miss you already!

I rolled my eyes at the note. I really do hate when she does this, I never see my mom anymore. It's always been just me and my mom, my dad died when I was 3 years old from cancer. So life has been hard ever since, my mom has a really nice job to pay for the both of us. When she leave for a business trip for months she comes back for about a week and then leaves again. Then I escaped my thoughts as I hear two car honks, looks like Dolan's here. I walk up to his Bronco which I love so much and honestly want one to. He flashes me a pearly white smile as a jump in. I smile back and say "Hey Gray, what's been going on I miss you!" He grinned and look at me with his sharp hazel eyes and says "Miss you too Pres, I've been doing nothing really." He then pointed to a purple smoothie and continued "I got you a wild berry smoothie, your favorite." I gasped and grabbed it swiftly. I took a sip and he giggled and smiled at me. "Oh my gosh your the best!" He shot me another grin as he said "I really do try." We sat there listening to music as we pull into school. "Hey p, I'm taking you home to." I nodded and smiled as we parted way. I walk up to my locker to get my books for class. Can't wait for this Monday to end..
