Finding Love In A Hopeless Place

I had 2 meetings and a lunch date today so i had to get up and get dressed. Malaysia was laying here sleeping her life away. I rolled over some and then got out of the bed. She moved a little and then started snoring again. I walked into the bathroom and started my shower. I brushed my teeth and washed my face before hopping into the nice and hot water. I was in the shower for a good 45 minutes before hopping out. I walked into my room and laysia was still knocked out. I dried off and lotioned up. I straightened my hair and put on some light make-up. Once i was done all that i walked into my closet to find something to wear. I wanted to be sexy but professional. I grabbed a off white lace dress that stopped a little lower than my thigh. A navy blue blazer and a pair of navy blue six inch heels. Once i slide my dress on i felt like i needed something else. I grabbed my thin gold and navy blue waist belt and put it on. I then grabbed a large gold layered necklace and some gold studs. I got my navy blue and gold chanel bag. I put all the things i needed in it and grabbed a pair of gold hoops for later putting them in my bag. I slid on my shoes and blazer and then looked at myself in my full body mirror. Once i liked what i had on i walked over to the bed to wake laysia up. "Ayee" i said pushing her lightly. She jumped and reached under the pillow pulling out a gun. "When the fuck did you put that there" i said looking at her like she was stupid. "Damn i'm sorry ma, you had me shook" i shok my head. "Come on i gotta go to work" she rubbed her eyes. "Damn you putting me out" i nodded my head. She shook her head and rolled her eyes. "This the most sleep i dun got in a minute" i rolled my eyes and walked to my bedroom door. "You can stay just lock  my door when you leave and don't be in my shit yo" she smacked her teeth. "Aint nobody gone be in ya shit" i started walking out. "You ain't gon say bye ah nun?" i walked back into the room. "Bye malaysia" she smacked her lips again. "I cant get no luv" i walked over to her and kissed her cheek. She grabbed my face and kissed my lips. "Stank ass breath" she laughed and gave me the finger. I walked back over to my mirror and put on another coat of red lipstick. I walked out the room and then out of the house. I hopped into my car and pulled off heading to dunkin donuts to get my coffee. After that i headed to my job. My first meeting was with malaysia's previous lawyer so that i could get all the information for the case.

Once i got situated in my office the phone rung. "Yes?" i asked once i seen that it was the front desk. "Ms. Harrison your 9 o'clock is here" "thank you send her in" "no problem". About two minutes later there was a knock on my door. I stood up and grabbed my files before going to the door. "Hi, you must be Mrs.austin" i said while extending my hand for her to shake. She shook it and looked at me funny. "You can follow me to the conference room" i sadi while closing my door and walking off. Once we both set down we started talking. "So you fucking her huh?" i looked at her like she was crazy. "Excuse me?" "you heard me, you must be fucking her. Look at you" "for one, when you come in my office you speak to me correctly and appropriately. For two who i'm fucking is nun of ya fucking business. For three she must not be fucking you thats why you got all this attitude. What goes on between you and ms. williams is you'll business but please don't ever come at me with the dumb shit cause i will hurt your feelings in a quick second." she looked a little took aback and then stood up. "Here is all the information you need" she said sitting down three folders. She started walking to the door and turned around. "Please excuse my behavior it was wrong of me to come at you like that" i nodded my head, she turned around and walked out. I took a deep breath and then got up picked up the files and walked to my office. "That was a fast meeting" my assistant and close friend said as i walked by her desk. "Girl come in here so i can tell you about this ish" she got up and walked behind me into my office. "Spill it girl what happened. That girl came other there looking shooken the fuck up" i laughed and sat down. "Girl we get in there and the first thing she says is she must be fucking you huh" "bitch what" we both started laughing. "Yes bitch, she was dead as serious to. Repeated herself and all. I'm like excuse me. You know i gave ha ass a piece of my mind" "i just bet the fuck you did. I would have done the same shit. What the hell" i laughed a little and then looked at her serious. "Spill it bitch you look like you got something to tell me" i giggled and looked down. "I have been fucking her though" she looked at me shocked and fake passed out. "BITCHHHHH" "hush up loud ass" "ard let me calm down" she started taking dramatic deep breaths with her eyes closed. "When did ya ass start fucking women?" i laughed a little. "A few weeks ago, you remember that first day she came in here" she nodded her head. "She had my ass laid out on this desk bitch. It wasnt no going back after that" "yessss, my bitch on the colorful side now" i laughed at her crazy ass. "That's why gay ass be coming to work nicer now. OHHH MYY GODD" "shut up mina" "oh i'm sorry but it make sense. Ya ass smiling more and being nice. That's cause you getting that shit ate and shit" i laughed and waved her off. I looked at my clock and saw it was almost 11 o'clock . we been in here talking for over an hour. "Mina let me get back to work before i go to lunch" she nodded and stood up. "You got lunch with daniel today right?" i smiled and nodded. "Mhm i dont know what to do with you" i laughed as she walked out. Me and daniel used to be a thing but he got a job opportunity on the other side of the world and took it. I don't do long distance, but he said he's going to be in town for a while and wanted to catch up so why not.
