One year have past, Mei and Alicia been dating each other. Mei have decided that its about time for her to tell her parents about Alicia, the love of her life that she fell hard for every seconds. Mei lay on her bed and turn her head to her side bed table and stare at the photo of her and Alicia. "I didn't think that I would fall for a gorgeous girl..." she mutter as she pick up the photo and held it to her chest. 

-Flashback-

[Mei POV]

"Hey baby..." Alicia greeted as she touched my cheek and kiss my lips gently.

"I been wondering, our first year anniversary is coming soon...I wanted to celebrate it only us two, somewhere....alone...and..." she smirked and and give me that looked.

I blushed, "Wh...what are you trying to do...?" I staggered as I looked away from her.

"You are cute  Mei, I could never get tired of you" she giggled as she held my hands and kissed it. "Well its going to be a year we have been dating...are you going to tell your parent about us? because I wanted to have a sleepover at your place too sometimes and bond with your parents Mei. Just like how my parents loved your company whenever you decide to sleepover at my place.." Alicia wrapped her arms around my waist.

I stared at Alicia, I know she been hoping to know my family but I am not sure how well my parents would take about my sexuality and my relationship with Alicia. I do not want them to ask me to broke up with her if they do not accept our relationship. That is the last thing i want to do...or never want to do, I touch Alicia hands on my waist, "I will try to tell them about us, I am just scare my love...this is not normal for our small asian family and our relative are narrow minded and all the negativity they judge...I have heard few of them judge and give such a mean comments...I...just..." I sighed.

Alicia tighten her hug, "Its going to be okay baby, even if they don't approved of our relationship..." Alicia took my left hand and put it to my left chest where my heart beats "My feeling for you will never changed, I promise you that" she kissed my shoulder.

I hugged Alicia tightly, and sighed for the last time. "I will tell them soon, but back to the topic of one year anniversary celebration..." I smirked as I slowly trace my finger on her back and bite my lower lips.

"uh huh...what about our one year anniversary celebration?" Alicia grinned,

-End of flashback-

"Mei! Dinner is ready. please come down." I heard my mom called.

"I am coming mom!" I replied.

I ate my dinner silently, and "So dear, your dad and I have observe that you been happy this few months. did anything happened at school?" I swallowed my last bite as I was taken surprised by my mom question.

'Mei take a deep breaths, you can do this' I cleared my throat and hold my mom and dad hands with my hands.

"Well....I have been trying to get the courage to tell you both why I have been so happy this few months well not just months...almost a year..." I closed my eyes and open them again. "I have been dating someone...I never told you both before because I am afraid that you guys might freak out as it not an ordinary relationship..." I paused.

My mom and dad looked at each other and smiled, "Tell us then their, why would we be freak out if it bring you happiness" as both of them rubbed my hands.

"How should I start...I try to keep it short as its going to be late...It was the beginning of school this year, we have a transfer student name 'Alicia' from USA...and we kinda get spark with each other and we been dating, its gonna be a year soon...." I paused again and looks at them both.

They smile widely, "Darling, we love you and we will support you whatever your sexuality is as long as you and your partner are loving each other. we will never have the heart to break your heart and let along your side smile that we rarely see except when you watch your silly anime" my mom said as both of them stood up and hug me.

I cried with her speech, for me to have such a supportive family without caring about anyone comments on their daughter sexuality. hugged them tightly "I love you both so much, you guys don't know how much it meant for me"
