When Ike woke up he went out to the living room were he found Steven woken up and ready to go. Ike went to the kitchen to serve himself some breakfast. But Steven interrupted by saying:
-nope don't do that.
Ike replied with:
-But why?
Steven said back:
- It's 2:24 pm .
Ike said:
- How do you know what hour it is?
Steven said:
- Somehow my clock still works. Oh and you've been unconscious for a week.
Ike surprised said:
- A week?!
They kept talking for a while about what happened while he was out, and about what are they going to do next.
Ike told Steven about his encounter with the sword. Then Steven encouraged Ike to look for the sword. But Steven didn't remember how to get to the sword because it's been almost a month since he found Ike.
But Ike said:
-nothing like a good adventure. Right?
So they set out for the search of the sword. Upon exiting the house the body of the man was still there. Ike decided to investigate the body. He emptied out the pockets of the man; he found a card that read:
Kill: Quindlen
Weapon: fist
The two concluded that the man was working with a type of assassin organization. They continued none the less. As the two travelled for days on end, they still found themselves into what seemed to be a infinite plain that never ends. But something unexpected happened, they found what looked to be a formation of buildings in the distance. As they got closer, the formation became a town.
- A town!!! Steven let's go!!!!!
Ike said to Steven.
As the two approached the town they felt relieved. They finally were going to get answers for all their questions, they thought to themselves. As they finally step foot into the town they decide that the town hall is the best place to get answers. They asked for directions around the town. They found directions, and they headed for the town hall. They got there and the two asked what looked to be the secretary. If they could talk to the mayor.
The secretary said yes. The two headed for the staircase leading up to the 2 floor where the mayor was. Ike, Steven, and the mayor started a conversation:
Ike and Steven: We are here for answers.
Mayor: Whoa calm down, well a lot of people come here for answers.
Ike: But we want to know. What is this place? Is it another dimension? A different timeline? Tell me please.
Mayor: So first this is the dimension of the lost. Where those Who were bound to die in the wilderness are given another chance. Also there is a legend out there that says that every now and again there will be a chosen one, who can build with infinite resources anything they came up with. With the help of the magical sword somewhere in this endless plain.
Steven: We are looking for answers and that same sword.
Ike: Also when I came into this dimension I saw the sword right in front of me. But before I could touch it a huge monster made of rocks appeared in front of me. And I entered this rage state were I defeated the monster with one punch. After words I fainted.
Mayor: That's weird because the legend says that when the chosen one comes into the dimension he or she will be in front of the sword. But the last chosen one came here 100 years ago, he was the one that created this here town.
Ike: Mayor any type of lead of where the sword might be?
Mayor: Well I know that the legend says that the sword will always be to the north.
Ike: Thanks mayor for all the info, we finally got some answers.
Mayor: Good luck on your travels, chosen one.
Steven and Ike leave to the general store and stock up on supplies. Then the two started to adventure once again.
