This is one of her OCs the country of Apuraã-La or Hazachtiã Birch. I know the picture you showed me had her in a shirt and shorts but I did research on her character on your OC book and it said something about her liking dresses for casual wear sooooo. And it said that she would wear necklaces but not specifying what type of necklace I assumed that since she is a tropical paradise pearls would work. I hope you like this as I enjoyed drawing her. I like drawing cute petite girls.
