"Now carter , tell me about your dream, and this lady.. again."

"She always slides down in the chair next to mine. We're in a blinding white room, and as I try to stand up to walk away from her, I become constricted in chains. I start thrashing and kicking but it never does any good,its always the same way, it's a nightmare that won't end"

"Carter these dreams and your actions are causing me to believe these are symptoms of a mental illness , also depression, along with your self harm habits.... We'd like you to visit a mental institution , I believe it'd be in your best interest."

"No, you can't! I won't I'm fine see! there's nothing wrong with my head! why can't you see that? I'm fine! I will never ever go back, why won't you understand that!"

"Carter..... Again? You've gone before?"

"I.... Uh, after mother died... I had a particularly rough time... considering the fact that.."

After several more attempts to get carter to tell him what happened, the doctor stood.

" I'll be back out in a moment carter, please excuse me."

And with that , carter was all alone again.

The present

I sit back in my chair, slightly rocking back and forth. it was the same thing everyday. Everyday the same guy, with the name Oliver on his pin, came in set down my plate of food and leaves. Everyday I stare at these white walls.. The one and only piece of furniture in here being a bland chair in the corner,the one which I sit in. everyday I take a shower in the brick squared off place with a curtain. Everyday. It's been like this for eight years. The same thing everyday. So I didn't question anything when that Oliver boy walked in today, except for the fact that he set down my food, and told me to be ready in ten minutes.
