Chapter one
First period ended and we stood at out lockers gathering our binders.
"Have a date to the Carnival tonight?"
My friend Leah asked me, there was a big Canrival in town and everybody was going.
"Omfg. you know I would have told you if i did, wait are you asking me because you have a date?! I replied.
"Maybe" she said with a big smirk across her face.
"James asked me."
The bell rang just as she told me, so I smiled and walked away. I felt so jealous. Don't get me wrong I was happy for her but, James asked her, popular, beautiful, sweet, James and you know who I have for a date?! Bullshit. I'm going alone. I've had my eye on this new guy Niall, but he could have any girl he wanted. Girls that were skinnier, taller and prettier, so why would he even think of choosing me? Guess I'll be third wheeling. Great.
