"Psst," Mike whispered oh so quietly. "Did you hear that there is gonna be a new student in this class today?" I turned my head towards my peer. "No," I responded monotonically. I had no knowledge of anyone coming to my class, but either way, their presence will be welcomed. We got 30 minutes into class and not a single new soul entered the room. Maybe they got sidetracked and had to delay the student's arrival. I don't know. Then it struck me, like a baseball bat hitting a ball. Her beautiful pink hair, her thinly-toned body, and her school outfit. She was here, and her presence amazed me. She was the most beautiful girl I had ever seen, and she was about to sit...right next to me. She placed her school books inside the desk and sat down right next to me. I wasn't quivering or anything, I just sat there watching her. She was amazing. And in a few minutes, she was staring right back at me. "What are you looking at?" She asked rudely. "Oh, sorry," I turned my head towards the board and started on my quest for the mysterious pink-haired girl. "Okay everyone, roll call. Jenna?" "Here!" "Toby?" "Here," "Jack?" "Yeah." "Dan?" "Hey," "Thomas?" "Yo." "(Y/N)?" "Yeah..." "And Nate-suki? Nat-suki? Natsuki?" The new girl started to hide herself, presumably in fear. "H-here..." "Okay, that wraps up attendance, as you can see we have a new student in this class. Her name is Natsuki. Would you please stand, ma'am?" The new girl stood up but didn't look too excited to be doing so. "Now could you please tell the class about yourself?" "Um-m....okay uh...my name is Natsuki." She said nervously. "You already said that," Toby responded. "Oh, I did? I'm sorry, u-um....I like to uhh....umm...watch anime and read...manga," She said. "Hey guys look, we got a child in here!" Dan remarked as everyone begun to laugh. Wow, I would never believe that a small, simple little classroom of idiots would do such a thing. Then again they are idiots. Natsuki then left the room crying as if she'd had enough. "Oh no, Natsuki come back!" The teacher yelled. "Someone needs to go get her, you!" "Me?" I responded. "Yeah, (Y/N), go and find Natsuki!" I sighed but complied. I left the room, looking for Natsuki. Where could she be? Well we know she's new to the school so she doesn't know the layout. That means that she has to be in the hallway. I ran down the hallway until I saw her. "Natsuki..." I said. She looked up at me with tears in her eyes. "What do you want?" She yelled. "I need to bring you back to the classroom," I responded but it was to no avail. "Why would I go back to a classroom filled with jerks?" She yelled again. "Y'know, I transferred schools to get away from those kinds of people, not to come back to them!" She then continued to cry. I felt sympathetic for her because I was in her shoes many times. I sat next to her, then started to calm her down. "Look, I know how you feel. Believe me, I've been your place far too many times. All of those times, I just wanted to give up, but I didn't, and to this day I still don't." "But.." She said but I interrupted her. "You can't give up like you have now, stand up for yourself. Hell, I think it's absolutely legendary for someone to read manga and watch anime. I do them both, and it isn't anything childish at all." I stretch my hand out towards her. "I'm not gonna let someone be pushed down without putting up a fight with them." She grabbed my arm and I lifted her back to her feet. "Thank you so much, most of my friends wouldn't do any of this, including reading manga." "What kind of friends are they?" I slightly laugh but in all honesty, I think that joke was trash. "Hey, I liked the joke. It was kinda clever....and nobody has ever cared about me like you have. Thank you." "No problem, now come on let's go back to class...." I say. "Wait!" She interrupted. "Before we go, I wanna give you something...don't take this the wrong way.." And with that strange, little comment she lightly kissed me on the cheek. In the middle of the hallway. "DON'T TAKE IT THE WRONG WAY OKAY?!?! PLEASE FORGIVE ME! I JUST...I DON'T...WELLL...I DON'T KNOW... I JUST...I..." She yelled, but before she could continue, I heavily kissed her right on the mouth. The situation was unimaginable, she had just kissed me for what I think was a thank you gesture only for me to passionately kiss her back. Damn, what was I thinking. After finishing this "make-out session", she fell limp in my arms. She had passed out from the kiss! "Well, I guess I'm carrying her to the classroom." Then the bell rung. "Maybe the bus."
