It's early April and Noah is officially two months old. He's been doing so well. Jack is absolutely the best dad. Today I have an appointment as well as Noah for his two month check up. We just sent Jack's Mom off to the airport yesterday because she was with us all of Noah's second month to help out but she needed to get back. Jack and I are without kids for a few more days because they are with Justin.

"Okay you ready?" Jack said as he buckled Noah into the car.

"Yeah" I smiled as I pulled my key out of the door and made my way to the car. I still cringe as I get into cars.

"I can't believe we are already going to his two month appointment" Jack said. Clearly in disbelief

"I know he's growing way too quickly. It seemed like such a slower process with the twins probably because I was alone with two kids and exhausted all the time" I laughed lightly "but this time I had you and your mom and the twins have been at my moms so often that I feel refreshed actually" I laughed as did Jack. He stopped at the stop sign and pulled my hand into his

"So today you get to figure out how soon you can get pregnant right?" He asked and I nodded

"Yeah they say at least six weeks after birth if you aren't breastfeeding so I mean it should be soon.." I said as I pulled out my phone. Jack and I began talking about random things until we arrived at Dr. Wong's. We made our way in and we were on time so we got to walk right back to the room.

"Hi Kennedy. Nice to see you" dr Wong smiled and I smiled "jack right?" He asked and Jack nodded and they shook hands. "And you must be Noah" he said in a baby voice to Noah.

We took Noah out and laid him on the bed where he had his check up. He was weighed and measured then that was it for Noah.

"Alright he looks great. How's his eating and sleeping?" Dr Wong asked as he was writing things down

"He eats really well and sleeping is getting a lot better" I explained and he nodded

"So for eating... are you breastfeeding or formula feeding?" He asked

"He's on formula.." I started and he nodded and wrote some more things down

"Okay awesome. I do need to warn you that because you aren't breastfeeding you can get pregnant normally six weeks sometimes earlier after the birth as opposed to six months if you breastfeed" he explained and nodded

"Yeah about that.. I wanted to know my chances of getting pregnant again... soon..." I said and he honestly looked incredibly surprised

"Well... if close births are something you're interested in.. you can get pregnant as soon as you get your first period.." he explained and I nodded "have you had a period since delivery?" He asked and I shook my head

"Okay well it's your appointment as well so we can check everything out and make sure all is well and we can go from there" he said and I shook my head. The appointment started I was weighed, had to give a blood and urine sample then he was going to do an ultrasound.

"Okay lay down. You mentioned you hadn't gotten a period yet so This is just going show us if everything is all good and if a period is on it's way so you guys can start trying again" he smiled and Jack and I both nodded. He put the jelly on and started moving the wand around until he stopped

"Hmm" he began moving the wand around slower.

"Hmm What?" I'm not going to lie it kind of scared me

"Well here is why you haven't gotten a period yet" he said as he turned the screen to me and I looked to Jack and back at the doctor

"Okay I didn't attend medical school I have absolutely no idea what I'm looking at" I said and he laughed
