"It's the most beautiful time of the year lights fill the streets spreading so much cheer" I sang to myself while choosing out my outfit. I settled on a maroon Adidas hoodie with black leggings and some grey Nike trainers.
I started to make my way to the park when I seen Harvey and max along the way. "Oh hey guys" I smiled as they approached me. "What's up" max smiled. "On my way to meet you guys" I laughed as Harvey scanned me. Max noticed his eyes trail my body and nudged his arm. "OW" He squealed jumping. We laughed then walked down to the playing fields.
Harry, Oli, Dobby and Katie and Mae were already there talking. Me, Harvey and Max sat down with them forming a circle and we decided to have a game of truth or dare/would you rather.

"AHHA I CANT BREATHE" Harvey panted and Max had a mouthful of grass trying not to throw up. These kids.
"Lily truth or dare" Mae squeaked "hmm, truth" I replied eagerly. "Have you ever done it" she smirked raising an eyebrow. I looked at max as my eyes widened at the obscure question. "Maybeeeee" I trailed off the e. "OH MY GOD" Mae jumped up and down in excitement as we all just stared at her.

That was when Tilly and Leo came over to join us. "Hiiiiii" Tilly plunked herself down on my knee. "Heyy Tills" I laughed at her cuteness "can me and leo play?" She looked at me with puppy dog eyes. "You can help me think of a dare for max" I smiled.
"Do you like max" she whispered in my ear sending goosebumps down my back. "Yes" I whispered back. She looked at me then max then back at me.
"I dare max to kiss lily then ask her out" she smiled innocently.

He hesitantly walked over and planted a small (although meaningful) kiss on my lips. "Love you flower" we whispered as we pulled away.

"Hey my ball!" Leo yelled running for the yellow football headed to the other footpath. "No no Leo I'll get it" max yelled pushing him back and sprinting for the ball.

As he went to cross back over a car came zooming down the road. He didn't notice it and neither did we until Tilly screamed at me. "LILY LILY LILY" she pointed at the zooming car. But it was too late.

"MAX!"
