A Festival of Lights

Snow White

Christmas...

The day of joy,or more precisely the day of joy that is felt when giving to others less fortunate.The day true pride can be felt as an official member of RFA.(Y/N) was currently preparing to  leave her shared residence,a small,humble house with the largest room being the kitchen.

(Y/N) looked around her averagely kept room in search of her gloves,grinning as she noticed the bed messy as usual.

Oh yeah...

She clicked her tongue,remembering she had left them on their dresser.(Y/N) quickly turned to the dresser, her hand halfway to her white knit gloves when her eyes fell on a set of photos scattered in an unusual place.She thought she had seen V put these away...He must be feeling sentimental today.But..that's no surprise,it IS Christmas after all.She looked closely at a Thanksgiving photo,taken this year.V held her in his arms,with a grumpy looking Yoosung on the other side of her.Jumin was softly smiling next to V,looking at them all with uncharacteristic fondness.

"Ahaha...Yoosung's face.."  (Y/N) smiled widely before looking at the next photo.All of the RFA where in this,still Thanksgiving.Everyone was dressed formally,as this was just after their Thanksgiving donation drive.(Y/N) stood in between V and Zen,Jumin taking to V's side as usual.In front,Yoosung,Jaehee,Saeran and 707 stood.707 had his arm slung over Saeran with a cheesy grin,both Saeran and Yoosung ignoring him and Jaehee striving to look professional as always.

As for the last..it was a photo taken on (Y/N) and Jihyun's first date.

Two years ago...in the spring.

She had worn a peach summer dress,and simple matching sandals.He of course wore a white loose shirt and grey slacks.The picture had been taken in their favorite park,at night where so many stars were visible.(Y/N) loved stars and remembered how V admitted he would rather see a clear sky full of stars on special days as well.At this point her smile was painfully big,as she looked at him lightly pressing his forehead against hers with his same gentle,yet vibrant smile with one arm cradling her against him.

She sighed happily to herself..until she realised what time it was.

"Oh no!I was supposed to meet Jaehee and Yoosung at the event!"

So after hastily jamming her gloves on,and grabbing her keys she ran through the front door,dearly hoping she wouldn't be late.

As luck would have it,she had arrived at the very minute she was expected.She was thrilled because this is the second time 707 had actually shown up to an RFA Christmas event.And she knew it was because of him having Saeran back.(Y/N) had watched happily as he went on explaining different things to his brother,who was obviously not hearing a word of it as he munched his ice cream.(Y/N) had helped Zen, Jaehee and Yoosung with all the donations and other small difficulties until V and Jumin finally arrived to help prepare for the closing event,which 707 had also helped plan.They had more than exceeded their goal with their donations,and everyone seemed to be in good moods.

After watching an amazing display of fireworks,it was time for the RFA's private Christmas.Everyone piled into V and (Y/N)'s small but cozy house,and began distributing gifts.

Everyone knew something was up when Jumin insisted Zen take his gift from him first.

"No.Just throw it away.You never get me anything,I don't like this.You're up to something."

"Not necessarily.Don't you think I've realised I wanted to get you something,just not knowing what?And now that I've found  it,you won't even take it..?."
