Naka-abang

Chapter Three

"So, saan tayo magsisimula?" Tanong ko kay Alex habang naka-upo kami sa bed ko with my planner, laptop and pen.

"Hmm. Venue?" She said and I agreed

"Let me search here." Sabi ko sa kanya

"Actually, I already have plans sa venue ate."

"Ohh eh, what is it?" Tanong ko, preparing myself to write.

"Waterfront or Montebello? I'm not sure Ate, which one is the best hm?" Sabi niya sa akin

"Okay, sa venue we have two places Waterfront and Montebello. What about your theme?"

"Well, I ain't sure about this though but a Ball or I don't know really. Basta, I want to let everyone wear anything pastel in color." Sabi niya, so ako pa ang mag-iisip na possibleng theme niya no?

"Okay, so venue check, theme ako na bahala. How many guests do you want to have?" Tanong ko na naman sa kanya

"Hmm. A hundred or two? I guess. As long as all the people I love is there, ate." She answered

"Ohh, so will I invite him?"

"Who?" She cluelessly ask

"Sino pa ba? Hmm. Ayiieee" Sabi ko sa kanya with a playful smile.

"Aysuss! Namumula ka nga oh! Hahahaha." Sabi ko ulit sa kanya, while tikling her.

"Hahahahaha. Ate kasi hahahaha ate naman" sabi niya while catching her breath.

"Yes, we're good friends naman eh." Ohh ayoon! Hahahahaha highschool sweethearts eh.

"Okay, the invitations ako na ang bahala dyan. Pre-debut shoot venue?" Sabi ko sa kanya

"I want different venues ate." Sabi niya sa akin

"Ohh. That's a great idea! I have plans na, wow! Hmm. Sinong photographer ang kukunin natin?" Tanong ko ulit sa kanya

"Gusto ko yung photographer mo ate" Sabi niya sa akin. Magaling din naman kasi yung photographer noong debut ko kaya sya nalang siguro.

"So let's schedule your shoots. Kailan ba sembreak niyo?" I want to surprise her on her first shoot kaya we'll go out of the country.

"Ahh. October 24 and we'll be back by November 7." Sagot niya sa tanong ko habang nakatingin sa phone niya.

"Ohh okay. So we'll have your first shoot on October 25." Sabi ko sa kanya habang nagsusulat sa notebook ko at nakatingin pa rin siya sa phone niya.

"Yes" Yun lang ang sagot niya na parang nadistracted sya bigla sa tinitignan niya sa phone niya.

"What's wrong?" Tanong ko sa kanya at inilagay sa bed yung pen and notebook.

"Someone just died again because of leukemia ate." Sabi niya sa akin at yumuko. I hugged her to let her feel comfort, nanginginig kasi siya.

"Sis, let's just pray okay. Believe in God, He will heal you." Sabi ko sa kanya. And I heared her sobbing.

"I'm just afraid ate, I don't know until when will I leave. I want to check everything in my bucket list before I die. That's what I really want to do." Sabi niya sa akin habang umiiyak.
