So, I'm in Washington, D.C. Just passed the White House. A lot smaller in person. I've been walking for about six hours. My feet feel like I'm walking on knives. But my hands are alright! (That was written on the 22)
I am now back from DC. My feet feel somewhat better. Sooo tired. I slept for 13 hours yesterday. (this was written on the 25) So happy about having 456 reads!!!

~THALIA~

After that song was over, I got up and went to my dresser. I opened up the top drawer and searched. I found what I was looking for. A small round looking glass with a handle. The looking glass was coated in silver with flower vines encircling it. Lady Artemis give it to me. To stay in touch. It could let me see people. When I missed my father, I would watch him in the looking glass. He never knew, but I didn't care. It's not like I would see him anytime soon.

"I want to see Nico," I told the looking glass. The image rippled from my face to Nico's room. He was sitting on his bed, writing on a piece of paper. He mumbled to himself.

        "Thalia...I.....know you're....mad at me....but...I just didn't...know...what...to say....I know I should.....defend you....but I'm just....new...to...dating..."

I smiled to myself as he wrote. The image rippled away when I put the looking glass down. I ran to his room and knocked on the door. He opened the door, with a surprised look on his fac

"Hey, Thal, what are you doing here?" he asked. I practically jumped into his arms. I put my arms around his neck and buried my face in his jacket. He responded by putting his arms around my waist.

"I'm sorry I got mad. It's just that, everyone was saying my plan was stupid. And when you didn't-"

"Hey, you're plan isn't stupid. Just risky. But we're half-bloods. Our lives are full of risks. They're just scared it won't work. But I think it will." He looked down at me. He hadn't really changed in the years I'd known him. Still had those sad dark eye's, shaaggy black hair. And that aviator jacket. It still fit him somehow from when he was 12. He hadn't gained weight that way. Mainly just muscle. Since he was 21, he had gotten a tattoo. Well, that was the rumor. It was supposedly across his chest, right below his collarbone.

        "Nico?"

        "Yeah?"

"Do you really have a tattoo on your chest?" I asked. He laughed. He took my hand and lead me deeper into his room. I sat on his bed and he stood him front of me. He slid off his aviator jacket and threw it on the ground. He had on a black long sleeve shirt that wasn't on very long. His bare chest...was awesome!!! He had a six pack! Written across his chest was Παιδί του ΣκότουςChild of Darkness. He sat on his knees. His chest was right in front of my eye's. I lightly ran my fingers across the words, causing him to shiver.

"Heard you have a tattoo, too," Nico whispered. I suddenly blushed. It was true. I did get a tattoo. Well two, actually. They were on my back. I nodded. I got up from his bed and stood in front of him, my back facing him. I slipped off my leather jacket and my black t-shirt. I had on a black bra. I didn't remove that. I pulled my hair away from my back. It wasn't long. Only down past my shoulders a little. My tattoo was a pair of broken angel wings. Well, not really broken, just bloody and ruffled up. I also had Παιδί του ουρανού written above them. Child of the Sky. I waited for a minute, letting him look at it all. I felt a pair of cold hands trace their way down my back. I shivered. I turned around in his arms. He looked down at my chest, then quickly averted his eye's, ashamed. I giggled. We stood their for a second, just staring into each other's eye's.
