The Day Stark Found Out

The day Howard Stark found out was just horrible, and more than a few days. The worst person to ever let get involve in your person life was Howard Stark.(later on it would be his son Tony Stark). He was like a gossip girl, he wouldn't' tell anyone your secrets but boy would be ask questions. And questioned he asked.

It had been 4 weeks since Steve Saved the 107th, Bucky and (y/n) had healed nicely and were both put on his team, the Howling Commandos. It was also determined that Peggy Carter was not a threat to their relationship. Bucky was a sniper, (y/n) was their field nurse and a spy. She was their little ray of sunshine always keeping everyone positive.

The three maintain the three best friends appearance in front of everybody leaving no suspicion. But they have rare moments to show each other love. This was one of those moments, in an unfortunate place and time.

(y/n) had accompanied Steve to one of Howard's labs. Alone in an office, the two believed they had time to show some love and started a little make out session, unfortunately, the two lost track of time as well as got too involved.

An excited Howard Stark opened the door to find the two making out of his desk. The two did not hear or see him coming in "well then" Howard said slamming the door behind him. (y/n) and Steve immediately jumped apart blushing redder than the red sea fixing themselves they didn't know what to say so they waited for Howard to speak.

"so... you two are together"

"Yes," Steve said quickly if he said no then they'd have to further explain themselves. (y/n) must not have understood that looking at Steve as if he had grown two heads, he ignored her." we don't want to tell anyone yet. Could you keep it a secret, Please" Steve pleaded.

Nobody needed to know about Steve's personal life he didn't want anyone to know. If anyone found out about them it would be their downfall. America was not ready for gay yet, let alone a polyamorous relationship. But Stark only caught Steve and (y/n) and that was okay as long as he didn't tell anyone to know. From the way, they embrace each other and the first day they found each other and never separated after everyone assumes Bucky and (y/n)would end up together or already were in secret in Stark spoke it would surely stir some news.

"your secret's safe with me. Now, come along and don't touch anything."

A few days later Stark arrived at a Military base where Steve and His team was located. He wanted to personally deliver Captain America's new uniform. "Steve" he called as he entered the tent which he shared with (y/n) and Bucky. "Steve" he called again but no answer tossing the neatly packaged uniform on the bed he walked out with hands on his hips where could he be?.

He hears rustling from behind the tent and like a not-so-genius genius he decides to go check it out. Hearing voices he decides to go further. unfortunately what he saw was something he was not prepared for.

She was moaning softly as he kissed her jawline and down her neck, she was grinding against his hand which was in her pants. "B-Bucky oh Bucky". It was (y/n) (l/n) and Bucky Barnes Steve's best friend and girlfriend. Only shit.

It had been an entire week since Howard caught Bucky and (y/n) he couldn't think straight the sinful imagines plagued his mind and brought guilt and betrayal. he hadn't told Steve yet didn't want to see his face of betrayal and heartbreak, his best friend and his girl. It'd break his heart. God, Howard didn't want to break America's golden heart but he couldn't work with this guilt weighing him down.

"Hey, Peggy" Howard asked as she was doing paper work in his office

"yes Howard"

"if you caught my girl sneaking around with a close friend of mine... would you tell me?" Peggy looked up ,what a strange question,

"of course, wouldn't want you with a whore. Where is this coming from?"

"what if i got your lover cheating on you would you like me to tell?"

"as soon as you found out"

"thanks Peggy". He was going to tell Steve.

It was near night fall when Howard arrive, thanks to his private plane, he entered the camp and asked around for Steve he was directed to a camp where a group of men were being rowdy. " Rogers" Howard called when he found Steve "hey, Stark? what are you doing here?"

"I...I need to talk to you about a private matter in person"

"sure let's walk. See you guys later" Steve waved his men off as they continued to drink without the Captain.

"you can't get drunk why drink?"

"The burn. So what is this private matter you want to speak of" Howard feeling nervous now he didn't want to do this anymore

"It's about Bucky ... and (y/n)" Steve stopped he had seen them a moment ago they were fine " I saw them and ...um... they were-" Howard began to make gestures with his hands but then remembered "fondue. They were fonduing".

Howard looked down waiting for the anger, tears, betrayal, anything and everything. Steve was a very emotion person he knew it was coming. any minute now any minute. Looking up he heard a frustrated sigh, was that all, "when did you find out, how?" he was very confused this was not the react he was expecting.

" A week ago when I brought your uniform. I heard then saw them in the woods" Steve shook his head and ran a hand over his face

"I'm sorry Steve I-"

"no, no,it's just ... let's go" Steve grabbed Howard's arm and pulled him along to his tent. Howard was confused he thought Steve would be angry or sad maybe even cry a little but instead he looked frustrated he seemed to be a bit mad at Howard. what did he do? Steve pulled Howard to his tent.

Inside was Bucky and (y/n). (y/n) was topless under Bucky who was roughly kissing and sucking at her neck she was trying to unbutton his pants as his hand was in her pants. "Hey" Steve called out trying to get them to stop or at least their attention. " Steve" (y/n) moaned as she heard his voice opening her eyes she saw Steve... and Howard "AAAAHHHHHHHH" (y/n) screamed pushing Bucky off and covering herself.

"STEVE WHAT THE HELL" Bucky yelled "see" Howard yelled pointing at the two as the fixed themselves.

"I already knew" Steve confessed

"what? you knew she was cheating on you with your best friend and you let it happen" Howard was again very confused, he knew what was happening and let it happen.

"no, she's not - she's not cheating on me. sit down Howard" he took a seat glaring at Bucky and (y/n) "we've been together for a very long time. (y/n) and I... and Bucky. All of us. We're together" Steve explained to the best of his abilities but it was probably still confusing or hard to process.

"I don't under- you're all..." Howard began to make gestures with his hands.

"yes" Bucky rolled his eyes

"I love them both and this works it has for years without any problems," Steve said "we've been together since we were 13 14 years old"

"actually I was 12 when we started" (y/n) corrected Steve

"that's 12 years you've been together for 12 years. Wow, all three of you, just wow" Howard said marveling at their strange relationship " I'm sorry assumed....um"

"it's fine" (y/n) waved him off " who knows about this"

"um.. you and yeah just yeah," Bucky said

"we'd appreciated if you didn't tell anyone else. Seeing as this isn't a normal relationship something people wouldn't understand" Steve said

"of course. Just one question" Howard looked to Steve and Bucky "whose bottom".

Needless to say, Howard didn't say a word but when they were alone he sure did ask questions and tease. He even went as so far as to film them in passionate moments; like kissing and hugging, the three were perfect together and Stark enjoyed watching their relationship bloom more and more every day. It was true love .
