When I got done tighting a bolt, Chief came up behind me, an wiped some oil on my nose then ran out of the shop. I then take off after him. I was in track in school so that was comming in handy.
"I'm gonna get cha Justin!" I say.
"If you can!" He laughs.
Then I had a brilliant idea. I bent down and grabbed my anckel.
"Ow my anckel!" I say.
He then stopped and came back to me. When he bent to my level, I wipe my hand on my nose then wiped his face. He then grabbed me an threw me over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes.
"Put me down Shearer!" I laugh.
"Nope." He laughs.
He then took me inside, an started to tickle me.
"Stop! Stop I'm gonna pee!" I laugh.
He then placed a hand gently on my face and rubbed my eye that was still black.
"Does it still hurt?" He asks.
"Not really." I say.
"I wish you would have said something. You know I would have beat his ass." He says.
"I was scarred." I say sitting up. He then sat by me.
"I don't want you to be. Look, I'm gonna protect you no matter what. Hon, I've never said this before because I didn't know how you had felt. I like you a lot." He says.
I then kissed him. I then pulled away.
"I knew you liked me." He says.

"I just didn't say anythin because I was with him an." I say.
"What did he say?" He asks.
"He threatened to kill me." I say.
"You know the guys and I would never let that happen baby." He says.
"I should have said something yea but. Things were just rough." I say.
"Why don't you come by tonight, we can have dinner and if you want, you could stay the night." He says.
