Wow... Area 9 has truly been an adventure for me. The idea sprouted from my little head when I was 11 or 12- I can't quite remember. The original story I did put up on Wattpad, but never finished it. I found myself growing away from the story and from the characters, and bluntly not enjoying writing it at all.
Now, I am completely ready to dive back into the world of the Areas. I've changed a ton of the plot to the point where it is hardly recognizably beside the original, but I've learned that that's okay. It is much more fun to write and I'm in love with these characters. Although I am not the best author in the sea, I am ready to share what's been a little project of mine for a while now: reintroducing Area 9 to the literature world.

You're all the reasons that I've decided to reshape this story. I know what you're thinking... but where are the original characters? All of the characters in this new version are brand new, but I've pulled traits and characteristics from the OGs and created some of the new ones with them. I will never ever forget Area 9's first appearance- the reason I began to write- but know it's time to let go. I hope you enjoy this new version as much as I have writing it.
