Define Invisibility..

What does it mean to be invisible?
To me it encompasses not just being physically invisible but feeling like your actions leave no impact on the environment and the world around you. The idea that you are insignificant compared to the other people or things that we as humans may compare ourselves to. However,you the readers get to decide which one applies in this story. A philosophical ability to be invisible or a physical invisibility.
PART 1
I wake up from a dream less sleep and go through the motions like I do every day.
I get up.
I brush my teeth.
I brush and braid my hair.
I wear clothes.
I wash my face.
I stare at the mirror and I wonder if the face reflected on that shiny surface is real. Is my skin actually this dark. Is my hair really brown. Is my skin plastic. Can I cut though it . Can I break it like glass shattering into many pieces..
I am startled out of my intoxicating daydream by a huge mosquito on my arm. I quickly swat it aside as I remember that mama said to meet her on the farm I hurriedly leave the house to start the journey into the thick humid forests where my mother insisted on planting her farm to get better results. I am panting when I arrive as I was in such a hurry and I think about my words.

After another day of back breaking work I am deep in thought as I walk home. Is this my life? Is it always going to be labouring all day just to provide enough food for the family? Am I doomed to be a part on an invisible generation? Is my child going to go through the same thing?
No.
I will not allow myself to rot away in this village. I will go to the big city tomorrow and make something of myself.
Is he invisible?
