Bella's eyes drowned in tears, and she hiccuped repeatedly, struggling to breathe. She couldn't wrap her mind around the fact that while she was in pain, while she was in the hospital, Zayn had the audacity to be with another woman. "You-you cheated?"

She was shaking frantically, and Zayn held her and told her to breathe but she didn't listen. Bella pushed Zayn's hands away from her, fear and pain clear in her pretty blue eyes.

"Twice."

"Why would you tell me you selfish bastard!" She yelled in between labored breaths. He tried to hug her but she resisted and hit him repeatedly. Yet, she didn't leave his arms. "You ruined everything!"

"You'd rather I didn't tell you?" Zayn asks, confused as to what she wanted. He always thought the truth would set him free, but now it just got him into more trouble.

"Who?"

"Sam, my therapist.. and um.."

"And um what?"

"Lexi and I kissed."

And in that moment Bella's heart truly broke. She pouts as she cries, pain in her chest.

"I fucking hate you! I trusted you!" She whispered, standing up and packing up her things.

"Where are you.. you can't leave me-"

Bella snickered and rolled her eyes, putting on her shoes. Zayn panicked, and pushed his body towards Bella, using all his upper body strength while doing so. He grabbed onto her arm, looking into her eyes.

"I let you hurt me. I'm so stupid."

"No, Bella I'm the stupid one don't-please don't go I'm begging you and I don't beg."

The pools of tears in Bella's eyes were the last thing he saw. Zayn refused to let go. Bella stood up abruptly and Zayn fell with her, eyes closing as soon as he reached the floor.
