Jess's P.O.V

"Babes, time to get up, Ladeo is dressed and changed but you'll have to feed him cause I gave him the only bottle that was left earlier this morning, yeah?"

I stir around in the bed, the covers feeling strangely wet for some reason, not to mention that it feels like I haven't slept for more than a few minutes.

"What time is it?"

Conor sink down next to me, stroking my hair out of my face.

"Half ten but I thought I'd let you sleep in for once"

He chuckles at my state before he quickly addresses that he'd be waiting downstairs whilst I got ready. A few minutes later and I'm all alone again, the warm sweaty feeling not really leaving me.

I sigh, blowing it off for being a symptom of way too much sleep and fling my legs over the end of the bed, something I clearly shouldn't have done. The sick feeling in my stomach making me run over to our bathroom to be sick in the toilet.

Disoriented do I sink down to the cold bathroom floor, my head pounding as take a few slow breaths.

"Baby are you coming?!"

I can hear Conor walking up the stairs, Ladeo crying in the background probably because he's hungry.

"In here"

Hulking do I manage to speak, my hands shaking as I lean them on my risen knees.

"He is quite..... Oh god are you alright?"

Conor instantly put Ladeo down in his bed, coming to my rescue in the matter of seconds.

"Here let me help you"

He reaches his hands out to pull me back up, leading me back to the bedroom where I can lie down on the bed.

"Conor honestly I'm fine, just give me a minute"

Closing my eyes do I wait for the dizziness to pass so that I'd be able to start the day properly this time.

"No you are not. Now do you want me to go out and buy some formula or are you well enough to feed him yourself?"

I sigh, trying to sit back up yet Conor's quick to stop me from moving.

"I'll go get him"

He walks across the room and pick up our son, bringing him over to me so that I can finally feed him.

"You want me to call the doctor or?"

I tug on his hand, making him sit down next to me.

"I'm not dying baby, it's probably just something small, I feel better already, just give it a few hours and I'll be back to normal"

Altough he doesn't really seem to believe me and continue to stay by my side until I almost fall back asleep.

...........

*Two weeks later*

"Just take a seat over there and the doctor will call you when he's ready"

The receptionist point towards the waiting room and I go to sit down on one of the sofas, nervously picking with my nails as I wait.

To be fair am I not sure why I'm here, the amount of ways that were easier still baffling me the last two times it's happened.

Yet this time it wasn't exciting and I know Conor wouldn't be happy to find out. Therefor I decided to have a blood test instead.
