Max and Will met when Will and some of the other spacey science people went to the restaurant where Max works for a 'corporate dinner' type thing.
lmao rn Max has a bit of a sad and shapeless looking beard but it's supposed to be some nice stubble uhm
Anyway yeah, this guy is a chef at this really fancy restaurant and is personally responsible for Will's personal well-being, without whom Will would regularly forget to eat and sleep while working on a project
