"You're really not gonna come?" Keith asked, addressing the blonde with the mushroom haircut.
Isaac shook his head, "Why would I risk getting in trouble for a meteor shower I can watch from the dorm?"
"Live a little!" Keith said, putting on his jacket, "So what if we get caught? Rather that than not try at all! Even Ponte is coming!"
"I've got nothing better to do" Ponte said, shrugging.
The rest of the boys in the dorm ushered Isaac to join them, but he refused.
"Let's just face it," Kellyn sighed, "He's not gonna come"
Keith sighed, but thought of an idea, "Well okay Isaac...but Kate's gonna be there"
Isaac paused, "Kate?" He asked.
"Uh-huh"
Isaac sighed and grabbed his jacket, "Fine" he grunted, slipping his coat on.
"That's the spirit!" Keith chirped, "Let's go meet the girls"
The boys shuffled out of their dorm room and into the common area, where the girls were already waiting.
"Look what we brought!" Keith announced, pushing Isaac towards Kate.
"Isaac? You're really gonna come with us?" Kate asked hopefully, flashing a smile.
Isaac turned red and nodded sharply. Kellyn stepped in between the two, keeping them at a distance.
"Are you gonna be warm enough?" He asked his sister.
"Kellyn-"
"Are you sure about the location?"
"Kellyn-"
"Are you really never gonna wear the scarf Mom sent you?"
"Kellyn!" Kate shouted.
"What?"
"I'm fine"
Kellyn seemed dissatisfied with Kate's answer, but left her alone.
"Are we leaving soon? I'm getting annoyed just standing around" Rhythmi chimed.
"Don't get your skirt in a twist, we're getting there" Keith snapped.
Keith slammed a map of the schoolyard out on the table. There were markings on the paper describing the route they would take after sneaking out of the building.
