A Year to Remember

Intro

I could start off this book by saying Sophie was the average teenager, but what determines what makes a teenager average? Sophie had just begun her senior year of high school at Paradise High school, Home of the Seagulls in a small town in Florida. She didn't have many friends and she wasn't particularly extraordinary at anything. She tried her best to get good grades and always do her best. She wasn't the prettiest of girls but she was by no means ugly. Sophie pretty much just blended in with the crowd, like a blade of grass in a country field.

This year Sophie was hoping it would be her year. She wanted to be one of those pretty girls that guys gawked at and every girl wanted to call their best friend. She wanted to have the experience of a life time. She wanted the endless amount of attention from the guys, the late night parties, the drunken stories, she wanted the stories to tell her children when she got older.....or so she thought. Is trouble what she is searching for?
