Yoongi leaves me standing in my doorway, speechless. Just after I'm inside my home, I immediately call Namjoon, finding that it would probably be a smart idea to do so as he told me to. I mean, nothing bad happened, but I would feel bad if I don't tell Joon. I feel guilty if I don't tell him anything in general, despite the fact that I left out some pieces from last night in our conversation earlier, but that isn't as important. Anyways, I'm a terrible liar. I think both Namjoon and I have established that.

I slide my phone out of my jeans pocket and click on his name in my contacts list. It only rings once before I hear his concerned voice.

"Are you alright?" he asks.

"Yeah."

"Well did he do anything to you?"

"No, I just..." I'm at loss for words when he interrupts me.

"Is he still there? I'm coming over."

"No, he left. You don't need to. He was just trying to take me out," I say quietly in the speaker, hoping that Yoongi isn't spying on me from outside.

"And you told him no, didn't you?"

"Of course. Who do you think I am?" I partly laugh.

"I know, I was just making sure. I'm glad you called," he says chuckling back.

I plop onto the couch in the living room and try to relax, but it comes to no use. I keep getting the feeling that Yoongi is watching me, stalking me...

It seems as if the only thing keeping me slightly at ease is Namjoon, even though he's freaking out over this also. I wouldn't blame him though. I really don't trust Yoongi any more than Joon trusts him, and I am fully on Namjoon's side over all of this, whatever this is.

This is nothing. It will be over with when I reject Yoongi's idea of a date—whatever that is—and I won't be able to find out once I tell him no, or not talk to him at all. But first, I need to gain the courage to, which probably won't happen considering I'm one of the most stubborn people to live on this earth.

"Are you sure you don't want me to come over?" Namjoon tries to corroborate.

"Yeah," I sigh, "I should get some rest anyway. Don't you get tired of me?" I laugh.

"No... Well only when you're always in my business," he teases.

"Well that's exactly what you've been doing to me this whole time!"

I hear his cheery laugh clearly on the other end and it makes me smile. "I only do it because I know you won't be able to scare off that Yoongi guy."

"No, you only do it because you don't have anything better to do."

"Not true," he denies.

"Whatever," I smile. Although, I highly doubt I would be able to frighten him away in a million years. "Well I'll call you later."

"Okay." Namjoon says goodbye and we end the call.

I let out a huge breathe of air for what seems like the hundredth time and have no idea what to do next. I decide on falling asleep, but after minutes of laying in bed and struggling to get comfortable, I read a book to pass the time. It's only almost 3:30 in the afternoon, and I have no other plans for the remaining of the day.

I walk over to my shelf in my bedroom and take a book, A Better World Than This, and continue reading where I'd left the book mark from a while ago. I always go from book to book and right now, I have to be reading at least five different books. I don't get mixed up between them though, I'm always able to comprehend and remember the plots of each story pretty well.
