So you may have heard the news on the crybaby singer Melanie Martinez if not heres a quick back story.
The pop/alternative singer Melanie Martinez was convicted of rape on her best friend (female) Timothy Heller this came as a shock to her "fans" most of them throwing away or even burning her merchandise. This obviously came with a response from the crybaby singer saying
"I am horrified and saddened by the statements and "story" told tonight by Timothy Heller. What she and I shared was a close friendship for a period of time. We came into each other's lives as we were both starting off our careers as artists,and we tried helping each other. We both had pain in dealing with our individual demons and the new paths we were forging, but I truly felt we were trying to lift each other up. She never said no to what we chose to do together. And although we parted ways, i am sending her love and light always"
Now The statement in bold are what I find important.
She never said no
In Timothy's clearly states that nights she had said no repeatedly and the night of she said nothing SILENCE IS NOT A YES.
