Finally! Kakatapos ko lang maayusan ni Ate Karylle. Alam na rin ng family ko ang tungkol sa dinner without me telling them.

I was shocked at first nung maabutan ko silang lahat sa salas na nag-aantay sakin. They were all facing a big box. Mom and my sisters were all smiles while looking at me getting closer to them.

Tinanong ko naman agad sila kung aning meron. Kuya Kevin replied with a bad expression na tinawanan lang ni Dad. Kuya was mad because hindi ko raw sinabi na may manliligaw ako tapos nalaman niya, boyfriend ko na.

They let me open the box dahil surprise daw yun and I was shocked to see a very elegant white flowy gown inside it.

Mom told me na ang Mommy daw mismo ni Dj ang nag-hatid nitong dress na suot ko ngayon at para na rin ipagpa-alam ako sa dinner. I don't know what else were they talking about pero mabuti na rin yun at ng di ako napa-pagalitan na I have a boyfriend already without them knowing. Well, fake boyfriend to be exact.

"Look at me, Sis." Ate Karylle guided me by holding the hem of the gown para makaharap sa kanya. Pumalakpak naman siya nung makita ang result ng pag-aayos sakin. I smiled.

"Perfect! Ang galing ko talaga. Nice choice of dress ah. I commend your boyfriend's mother for this. I'm proud of you..." I hugged her. I'm sorry ate. Kung alam niyo lang ang totoo but I still can't do it right now.

Humarap ako sa full length mirror ng aking kwarto. Napangiti naman ako ng makita ko ng buo yung itsura ko pati na rin ang damit ko.

I let Ate put me a simple make up. Ayoko namang masobrahan kasi formal dinner yung pupuntahan namin.

"He's here..." Ate looked at me with teasing eyes. Napataas naman ang kilay ko kaya tumawa siya.

"Look, Sis. I've been really excited for you to tell me the whole story about how you two met. But I know you had dinner with his family tonight that's why I'll spare this day for you. Don't worry, I'll support you in anything that makes you happy. Okay?" We hugged each other and I almost cry kaya pinakita na lang ni Ate ang text ni Ate Karla.

My goodness Karylle! How long do you both have to stay there? Get your ass in here in a minute before I stormed myself in there. Tell Kath, his boyfriend's bored here.

Ate Karla's really mad but I adore her for being responsible. I love her.

"I gotta go. Ate's mad already. Haha We'll wait for you downstairs. Suotin mo muna yung white heels na kasama nitong dress before ka sumunod sakin ah. I love you." She kissed my cheek bago lumabas ng room ko.

I was about to go downstairs but I saw him waiting near the stairs. Napatingin naman siya sakin nung mapansin niyang lumabas na ko ng kwarto.

His lips slightly parted habang nakatingin sakin kaya I don't know what to react. Baka hindi niya nagustuhan ang get up ko... What the hell Kath! Her mother chooses the dress and accessories. And why would he get mad in the first place?

"You're stunning, love..." I looked at him. I can't deny as well that he looks handsome in his suit too. We definitely looked like we're going to some sort of high school prom. 

"Thanks! You're uhm... handsome too."

He just chuckled at my comment. Teka, kailan pa kami naging close?

Tinulungan niya kong makababa ng maayos sa hagdan. I saw my family waiting for us downstairs kaya lumapit agad ako sa kanila pagkababa namin.

"Take care of our daughter, Dj." Mom smiled at him bago binaling ang tingin sakin. Tumawa naman siya nung mapansin niyang nakataas ang kilay ko. Well, she just told Dj to take care of me like I'm gonna marry the dude. Damn! "I love you princess. You look stunning..."
