I've known Kath for almost a year already and she's not the girl who's weak and literally fragile. I mean, she's always mad at me before and she's too jolly and her emotions are too fragile.

I became paranoid all of a sudden this past few months. Ewan ko rin kung bakit. I guess I've just noticed how Kath changed. Not that I don't love her already but her changes mad me fucking worried.

We all agreed to had the sleepover in her house tonight. Kahut naman wala ang tropa I would gladly volunteer to have her company. Matagal ko na ring pinag-isipan simula nung sinabi niya sakin na umalis yung mga kapatid at parents niya for some business trips and she's alone.

Throughout the whole dinner, I can't help but take a lot of extra care for her. Kina kantyawan na nga ko ng mga tukmol eh. Bakit? Nung sila ganito, wala naman akong ginawa ah. Tsk

Marco suggested that since this is a sleepover, we don't have to sleep early. And that we should play some games with the girls.

Now we're already in their room with them laughing at our getup. What's wrong with guys wearing Pj's?

"Love, I'm fine. Stay here. I'm not gonna go outside. My bathroom's here." I almost didn't agree but she insisted. Kanina ko pa kasi napapansin na she's holding her breath. Alam kong may tinatago siya sakin but I respect her decision. Hihintayin kong sasabihin niya sakin yun. So I let her.

Habang naglalaro kami bigla na lang may bumagsak kaya napatingin kaming lahat dun sa pinanggalingan ng tunog. My instincts let me stand up all of a sudden.

Everyone was so shocked to realize what did just happened kaya I took the chance to run to her.

I know it. She's hiding something from me. She's hiding it. Damn!

"Kath... Kath... Kath! Love! Wake up, please." I wanna cry but it was the panic that hits me most.

Tinapik-tapik ko ang pisngi niya pero namumutla na talaga siya. She's unconscious for goodness sake, Dj!

The guys went to panic nung marealize din nila kung anong nangyayari.

"Trevor, get my car ready. Now!" I lost my cool. And I will lose everything if I lost her.

"C'mon, Dj! Carry her now for us to bring her to the hospital." I followed what Ariella said. Everyone didn't bother to change their Pj's. We're all panicking...

Si Trevor muna ang pinag-maneho ko kasi I was in the backseat with Kath. Kasama naman ni Trevor sa harap si Juliet. Susunod na daw yung iba kasi tinawagan pa yung parents ni Kath.

I... I don't know what to do!

"Love, we're almost there. J-just stay... okay? Stay with me..." I kissed her forehead before holding her pale hands tightly.

Natatakot ako sa pwedeng mangyari but I need to be brave. San kakapit si Kath kung hindi?

Pagkarating namin sa hospital ay tumawag agad kami ng nurse at nilagay ko na si Kath sa stretcher. We were with here until the entrance of the emergency room kasi hinarangan kami ng nurse.

"Hanggang dito na lang po kayo Sir, Ma'am. Bawal na po sa loob." Tumulong na rin sa pagpigil sakin sina Trevor at Shaun. No one knows how I feel. Pano si Kath dun? Why can't they let me in?

Napaupo na lang ako sa sahig habang sinasara nung nurse ang pinto. I was caressing my head.

"Dj, kaya ni Dash yun. Wag kang mawalan ng pag-asa." I nodded without looking at them. I'm sorry enough not to take a look.

The let me seat in the waiting area before the others arrived.

"A, anong sabi nina Tita?" Pambungad na tanong ni Trevor sa kanila.

"They're worried. Uuwi daw sila bukas." She said bago lumapit kay Juliet at niyakap ito. Tumangi lang ako nung tinapik niya ang balikat ko.

"What do you think's the situation guys? Napapansin niyo rin ba na palaging namumutla si Dash this past few days? If it took days for her to look like that, it's not... normal" Napatingin naman ako sa kay Miles dahil dun. Is she saying that Kath's sick?

"Posible nga. Does she hide it for us not to notice even though it's clearly visible?" Pumikit ulit ako nung sabihin yun ni Shaun. I think so. I really think she hides it for a purpose.

"May sakit ba siya?" Napahilot naman ako sa sintido ko nung banggitin yun ni Trevor.

"Wag naman sana..." Jule said while patting Ariella's back.

"Ang alam ko kasi nilagnat siya last week, tsaka sabi ni Manang Lea napansin niya rin daw na laging nagsusuka si Dash every morning. Tapos laging na daw siyang kumakain ng pagkain na ayaw niya noon..." Malia narrated. Fuck! I didn't even know it.

"Wait... what?" Ariella shouted.

Nagkatinginan silang lahat. What's with the stare?

"Kung nagsu-suka si Dash tapos yung sa cravings..." Ariella said. I raised an eyebrow at the girls.

"Di kaya..." Pagpapatuloy ni Juliet bago sila tumingin sakin lahat.

"What?" The stare's creepy. Anong meron sa mga to? Ako lang yata yung hindi nakakaintindi sa kanila eh.

"Dj, may nangya--" I was waiting for Juliet to finish her statement pero hindi na niya natuloy yung sasabihin niya kasi lumabas na yung Doktor. Tumayo naman kami agad.

"Who's the family here?" Tanong niya samin.

"We're her friends po. Her family's still on travel from London. Dadating sila mamayang bukas..." Sagot ni Ariella.

The doctor explained the case to everyone but not everything since we're not her direct family. Pero habang nakikinig kami sa sinasabing result ay hindi ako makagalaw.

I... I was the reason why she's like that.

Dammit! I'm sorry, love.
