I finish packing my bag and school bag ready to head out the door . I make sure to lock the door and I'm on my way. I notice Brandon waiting for me in a distance. " hey", I say. " hey", he says quietly . I notice his knuckles are red and I remember what I was hearing in the halls " he might be hot but he's insane no wonder she broke up with him ". I wonder what had happened. " what happened to your knuckles " I say. He looks at them " nothing". I nod thinking. He has never acted insane and maybe that's what scares me . Not knowing how he actually is. We get to school and I go in to see our group " hey guys ", I say cheerfully. They greet me and we gossip for a few minutes " ash your so gross ", we say laughing. " Rowan totally wants a piece of me ", ash says. I snort out laughing " totally ". The bell rings and we split up to go to class. Class was average but in my 3 period I see Brandon in the courtyard smoking , the bell rings and went to the courtyard " what the bell Brandon ". He looks at me cold " it's just a cigarette ". I step closer and take it from him " just a cigarette? This is bad for you ". He shrugs " Brandon I care for you and you need to open up how do you expect us to get back together ?". He looks down at me " I'm sorry I just couldn't help it ". That's when I knew . I nod " let's go get lunch ". Only I could manage to help fix him . We get lunch and sit down and by instinct under the table I caress Brandon's arm and hand . He was surprised but did nothing. " we shouldn't even be eating because later we're going to gain 5 pounds ", Sean says. We all nod " anyways guys wanna hear a funny story," I say. They listen in " my life ", I laugh and no one laughs . " you suck ", ash says. " hey appreciate my jokes guys ", I say pouting. Hailey laughs " I love your jokes Rowan ". The school day comes to an end And we meet up by the fountain. " dude she totally wanted to fuck", Sean said. " not every girl that gets In your way wants to fuck Sean " , Brandon says.
We make our way to hawks house . " your house is nice Hawk", I say. He thanks me and we put the snacks on the couch. " alright so I'll bring all the pillows and blankets so we can start creating our area", Hawk says as he leaves. " we get the blankets and just lay them out in the living room. " let's watch the walking dead ", Hailey suggest. I groan " noo". 
" How about like the notebook?", I suggest. " Everybody just looks at me and I groan. " Fine watch whatever". They put on the movie Chucky. I sit down  next to Brandon. " I like your PJs", he whispers to me. I smile and thank him. By the end of the movie we're all silent but we hear a bulge at the door. We all look at each other. " turn of the tv quick ". We hear footsteps  and Hailey whispers " omg there's someone trying to break in ". My heart falls,  Brandon stands up but I pull him back down " we all go together ". Hawk looks at us " no you girls stay here we go check ". I get a glass bottle that was used for decoration and so does Hailey and we see the guys head toward the door. We wait there aware and we here them whisper then Hawk comes running in " go into the room upstairs, mine and hide inside don't open unless you here us". We run upstairs and hide in the closet. What if Brandon gets hurt? All you could hear were footsteps then all of a sudden you heard grunts and shouting. We're there for which what felt like a thousand hours. Then a knock on the door is heard so we look at eachother not knowing what our next action would be . " Hailey open up", it was hawk so we scurry out and open the door for him. " we just had a bit of an argument but it's all fixed". " Where's Brandon ?". He pointed downstairs so I went down. He had a bloody lip and a bit bruising on the cheek. " oh my God are you okay ", he looks to me touching his cheek " does it look like I'm okay ?", that caught me off guard. " let me help ", I take no time to go over there and I grab him by the arm and take him to the bathroom. I hear the guys cursing and Hailey asking what happened. I close the door to the bathroom. " okay let's see", I grab a kit from under the counter and see Brandon against the wall , " okay it might sting a little ", " just do it " I put some rubbing alcohol in the small cut and I look up and he shut his eyes closed. I grabbed the cleaner and tabbed it on his lip, then a small towel to clean it up. " well it wasn't too bad right?". He nods no. " your bruise , I can't to anything about that maybe some ice I'll go get it right now ". He blocks the door. " Thank you ", I smile looking at his beautiful face. Ughh I remembered keep it friends like. That's not what he thought because he started to lean in " wait your lip ", he opens his eyes " I don't care just kiss me ". I shut my eyes and lean in. It was just a innocent sweet kiss . I missed the sensation , the way he tested. I tried to be careful so I wouldn't hurt him . I pull away " I missed that ", he smiled " me too". He opens the door and we come out. "
" Doctor Rowan in the house ", I laugh at haileys comment. " anyway let's resume our sleepover Yea?". We all agree and begin to eat while we play monopoly. Hawk was getting really mad because he was loosing. We ended up laughing a lot. It was like 2 in the morning and everybody started to fall asleep , Brandon was already knocked out and surprisingly it was only Hailey and I left and we were talking. " I love him so much ", said Hailey , I smile knowing he felt the same way. " who wouldn't want to have a easy flowing relationship like you two", I say. She starts to yawn " ima sleep now ", she goes and lies next to hawk and I go back to my spot with Brandon. I was behind him,  I scooted closer and lightly wrapped my arms around him . The last thing I felt was the heartbeat of his becoming fast.
