hello All another chapter here for you all!

It was lunchtime at school and I walked with Mason to meet everyone. Mason had grown out of his shell with me quite a bit and he was a genuinely lovely and funny person. We both had music together, which may I add we are both awful at. We are both completely tone deaf!

We walked through the completely crowded corridors of our school, not paying any attention to the people around us. It was really nice to not have a care in the world about what people think of you.

We opened the double doors at the end of the hallway and walked onto the school fields. The first person I saw was Brent. His bright blue hair was very helpful in finding where everyone is. Next to him was Sophie, who constantly laughs and smiles at him. Why they don't tell each other how they feel I don't know. Mia was no where to be seen as she was currently at netball practise. And last but not least was Ryan who was sat leaning against a tree looking very content and happy with himself.

We sat down with them eventually and began eating our lunch. Ryan wouldn't stop looking at me. they supposed to be sneaky glances but of course I noticed him doing it. I was finishing the last mouthful of my lunch when Ryan tapped on my shoulder. I looked over to him and nodded as I swallowed my last mouthful.

"Um...can I talk to you for a minute...alone" he said, his voice quite shaky and a line of sweat making its way onto his forehead. A pit in my stomach appeared making me worried as I nodded once again. I followed behind him as he walked over to a small bench in the corner of the school site.

"Are you okay?" I asked in a hushed voice as I took his hand. I felt little sparks as soon as my hand touched his and he looked up at me instantly. There was an emotion swirling in his electric blue eyes that I was unsure of.

"I'm fine...I've just been meaning to ask you something" he whispered out. butterflies erupted into my stomach making me feel giddy at this unknown feeling.

"go on..." I whispered.

"go on a date with me?" he asked as his hands were shaking slightly. A smile broke out onto my face and I could scream in excitement.

"of course I will" I squealed excitedly as I jumped into his arms. I leaned back and looked at his face. A large smile had formed and he looked happier than ever. We looked over to our friends and they had similar smiles to ours.

"thank the lord! It took you guys long enough" Brent shouted making us all laugh. I was now more excited than ever.

It got to the end of the day and I was walking to the school car park. I suddenly felt a tap on my shoulder making me squeal and turn around. A smirking Ryan was stood behind me as he began to laugh. I pouted and playfully hit him on the arm.

"you meanie" I said to him as I to burst out laughing.

" I came to ask you if you wanted to go on that date tonight...if you don't have any plans that is?" he asked sweetly making me feel all giddy again.

"uh...I don't have any plans tonight so yeah I'd love to! I said smiling up at him. He returned the smile.

"shall I give you a lift home then?" he asked once again as he opened the car door for me...already knowing the answer. I laughed at him as I got into the car.

We drove in silence. But a comfortable silence at that. We got to my house but before I got out he grabbed my arm. I turned to look at him with a questioning look. He leant over to the back seat and pulled out a large white box. "everything you need for the date tonight is in here" he said smirking at me.

"thank you" I whispered. I leant over in my seat and kissed him gently on the cheek, making his mouth open in shock. I took the box and got out the car, shutting the door and I looked back and returned his smirk.
