"Wake up you little dip shit." I hear a cranky old voice yell at me. Before I can even open my eyes a pillow smacks me right across the face.
"Grandma! What the F-," I jump up in my bed only to get knocked back down again.
"No cursing in my house young lady!" Grandma repeats the rule once again for about the hundredth time while shaking her pointer finger at me. I can't think of one rule she doesn't constantly break herself.
"Grammie! You didn't even let me finish what I was saying! I was only going to say frick." I whine stomping my feet under the covers.
"Don't even implie curse words! Your never going to get a husband with that mouth of yours." She crossed her arms then uncrossed them grabbing my arms an shoulder trying to pull me out of my bed herself.
Rolling my eyes I stand up and look at the clock. 6:45 it reads. I have fifteen more minutes till school starts.
"Oh shit, Grammie you should have woken me up twenty minutes ago." I look at the clock again. "Damn it, what the fuck!""Long story short, that's how I was chased all the way to school, and forgot my backpack." I explained to the teacher standing by the gate. "So can I please go back home and get my backpack!"
"No." He says plainly through his nose. "You'll have to call your grandma and ask her to bring your backpack for you."
"Did you actually just listen to anything I just said?" I say glaring up at him through my bangs.
"Not my problem. The penalty for being late is you have to go over there and hold your arms out for eight minutes." He points over to the group of kids by the track, each of them have there arms up on either side, and most of them look like there in intense pain.
Before last year I had to do things like that almost every time I showed up to school, so naturally eight minutes was nothing.
"Come on sir! I'm new, I need to go get my schedule." I cross my arms. The teacher just simply lifts his finger towards the group of students. I grunt and squeeze my hands till there red, trying to suppress my anger I walk over to the group of kids holding there arms up. They all are watching me carefully, some even look amused.
I carefully evaluate the kids that I should stand by. Definitely not the ones who are at ease in this position, that most likely means there trouble makers used to being disciplined -Like me. And I promised myself I wouldn't get involved with there type anymore. Instead I head over to the end where a nerdy girl stands arms shaking, and is that a tear?
"Mrs!" I hear the fat old man yell at me.
"What," I snap.
"I'm sorry, what was your name I forgot to ask." He says not even bothering to look me in the eyes and instead down at his attendance paper.
"Bonnie." I answer. I think over if such an event had happened over a year ago, I probably would have seen this as an opportunity to ditch.
"Bonnie...?" He says looking up from the paper waiting for my last name.
"Just Bonnie." I answered. He glared ant me from under his bushy brows and slammed his file closed.
"Now listen Bonnie, never in my life have I been the type to question people. But I have never herd of no one with no last name. So girl tell me now or you'll be you here for another twenty!"
Well, it was worth a shot.
"My name is Min Bonnie Blue." I say looking at the ground, waiting for, well what ever reaction was his type.
There was the people who got shocked silent, the people who turned pale and passed out, sometimes there was the people who screamed, but most of the time it was the people who become kiss ass.
He looked at me, and then he started to turn pale. Oh, so he's the faint type. Next thing I know he's red. Suddenly his cheeks are swelling up. And then he does something completely unexpected, he laughs.
"Oh god I don't mean to be rude," he starts then laughs again. "It's just that," then he goes into another fit. After a couple seconds he sputters to a stop and I'm still standing there with my arms up In shock. "Ahhh, goodness. I don't mean it. But your name is just a little funny."
I was taken aback. He didn't know who I was, he didn't recognize the Min blue, the trademark of all blue blade leaders. The name that brought fear to Seoul, and almost all of Korea. People had been so hung up on the history behind my name nobody ever laughed, that is until know.
Then I smiled. You know what this means Bonnie. This means nobody is going to recognize you. You can finally be just a normal girl.
After the whole exchange I started to look foreword to my experience in this new school. Tae young college. Maybe this will be a good experience, maybe this time I'll have friends. Smiling at the thought I get up enough courage to look at the nerdy girl I chose to stand beside. She looked like she was on the verge of crying. She's perfect!
"Hey," I whisper to her smiling as bright as I can.
"Ms. Park. Your times up you can head to class." Says the teacher. The girl beside me sighs and then takes off leaving me to stand beside a tall guy with white hair and a face mask covering his mouth and nose.
Shit. Is all I can think because I particularly tried to avoid this guy because he looks especially bored and has a style that make him look like he might want to go vandalize a wall right now.
He cuts his eyes over towards me and I glance away pretending I wasn't checking him out. Wait, did I just say checking him out? Nope, I was just looking at him because he appears there and... yeah.
Suddenly I feel pressure and skin on my arm so I turn to see his smirking face as he rest his arm on mine. I glare at him questionably but I don't move my arm because he's hot... I mean because I need and explanation first.
"Old man gave me another three minutes here and now my arms are killing me, is this alright." He questions still smirking, but now he's batting his eyes at me.
"You look fine to me." I whisper back rolling my eyes and pushing his arm off mine.
"But I don't feeel fine," He places his arm back on mine. This time I push his arm with true force and he takes a step back only for a mer second till he gains back his spot besides me. "Hey!" He yelps.
"Don't touch me pretty boy." I growl looking straight ahead. Some people might think pushing him was overreacting, but I really freaking hate it when people touch me.
"You," He starts, and he says it in such a way that I look over at him. "You think I'm pretty?" He bats his eyes at me smiling.
"What!" I yell.
"Hey, no talking over there." Says the teacher, he looks over at the boy standing next to me. "Kwon, stop messing with the people who stand next to you." Kwon holds his hands up higher and takes a step back from me. I guess it helps to know he isn't just targeting me.
Three minutes later me and Kwon get dismissed at the same time. At first I thought he would approach me again, but for some reason he walked away without a care in the world not saying a single thing to me. Good, I don't want to deal with him anyways.
