Ali's POV:
I groaned as I sat up in my makeshift tree bed.I seriously need to find better places to sleep instead of a tree branch..I grabbed my backpack and jumped down just as my nose twitched.I smell..Is that..ROASTED PIG!?!I quickly put my backpack on and sprinted to the source of the mouth watering smell.I peeked behind a tree and my eyes landed on a perfectly roasting pig over a fire.My stomach lurched at the sight and I slowly made my way over,It looked like I was in some kind of base camp.I took the pig off it's stick and sank my teeth into the meat,my tail wagged in happiness at the sudden burst of flavour.Shit,I haven't had a good meal in AWHILE.That's what you get for being a lone wolf and having danger constantly chasing you but whatever.My ears perked as I heard something move in the woods..Oh no I totally forgot to search the perimeter.GOOD GOING BAKA,I mentally hit myself for my stupidity.I heard running and immediately turned around and blocked the persons attack,"HEY I WAS GOING TO EAT THAT PIG YOU JERK"I heard a very masculine voice yell.I looked up to meet a hooded figure and looked back at the half even roasted pig in my hand,"Oh this?"I asked looking back at the guy."No the other roasted pig,now give me the other half."He demanded.I don't like his tone,I looked at the pig and back at him.This continued for a minute or two before I shoved the pig in my mouth and swallowed it whole.The guy looked SERIOUSLY pissed off and it was HILARIOUS!
