I Can't Be Without You

Chapter 2: Hi, I'm Jay

Sam's POV:

It's Saturday.  Today is the day that Tao is going to introduce me to his boss.  Apparently he's going to be taking care of me.  I just hope that Tao is going to be there with me.. 

"Hey, you okay?" Tao asked while keeping eye contact on the road. 

"Yeah, I just don't know what to think at the moment.." I layed my head against the window and fell asleep.

"Sam, wake up, we're here." I fluttered my eyes open and it was already dark.  We pulled up to a big white house with many windows. It was beautiful,  but something you'd expect a mafia leader to live in. 

I got out of the car and grabbed my duffle bag from the back.  I had all the nesecities, clothes, bathing suit, hair care, makeup, perfume, etc. 

Tao was already I'm front of me leading the way.  I was amazed at the garden in front of the house, full of roses and green grass,  and the most beautiful part was the huge water fountain in the middle.

I finally caught up with Tao. "You ready? " I nodded and stood behind him as he rang the door bell. 

Jay's POV:

I wasn't nervous. Why should I be?  It's Tao's sister, he's like a brother to me, nothing should be wrong.  I smiling to myself as I here the door bell ring.  I walk over and open the big white door to see Tao. 

"Hey Boss. " Tao bowed. And as did I. 

"Hey Tao.  Wait, isn't there supposed to be someone with you? " I ask.  He moved to the side and a bright electric blue eyed girl looked at me.  She had long, naturally curly black hair. She had on a white T-shirt, kinda showing her bra but I kept myself from looking, and blue shorts with some holes in them.  She was simply beautiful. 

Sam's POV: 

"Say hi." Tao pushed me towards his boss.  He was really tall.  His eyes we're a pretty brown color.  He had black hair that was spiked up but shaved into a fade on the sides. He was wearing a black T-shirt and blue jeans. 

"H-hi" I bowed, and stuttered..  Nice going Sam.  Jesus held out his hand. 

"Hello, my name is Jay, I'll be taking care of you.  What's your name?" His smile was perfect, showing of his brought white teeth, he hed abnormally sharp canines.. 

"I'm Sam.." I shook his hand and gestured for Tao and I to come in.  He lead us to his large living room.  A flat screen was mantled above a fire place that was glowing. 

"Tao, tomorrow we'll meet at JPT head quarters to discuss plans." I looked at my brother to see him nodding to his boss. Jay seems kinda scary when he was all business.. 

"Yes sir, we'll I have to go back and take care of some things. Sam, I'll-"

"YOU'RE LEAVING!?  I THOUGH YOU WERE GOING TO STAY WITH ME!" I started a to cry but he pulled me into a hug.

"We talked about this sis, I can't stay here with you, I have to take care of mom and dad.  Jay will take good care of you,  I promise. Please trust him." I looked Tao in his eyes and sadly nodded.  He kissed my forehead and saw himself out. 

"Are you play Sam?" Jay asked,  I jumped.  I totally forgot that he was here. 

"Yeah, I'm just scared, confused, tired, hungry.. " I started to cry again but I felt warm arms embrace me.  His smell was intoxicating. 

He grabbed my bag and whiped my tears away.  "Let's get you settled, I have a guest room next to mind that has a bathroom with a shower."

We went upstairs and passed his room, there was a king sized bed with a black fur comforter spread across it.  It looked so comfy. My room was kinda the same but smaller.  I had a queen bed with a white fur blanket instead of black.  The pillows were huge and stuffed into red pillow cases. 

"This is your room, if you need anything at all,y room is just next door..  " He set my duffle bag carefully down on the bed. "Are you still hungry? "

"N-no, I'm just tired now, I think I'mma shower and go to bed.. If that's okay.. "

"Of course, make yourself at home.  I'll see you in the morning. " He smiled and left shutting the door behind him.  I walked around the room and examined what I had.  I closed the curtains to the big window.  I had a closet and a flat screen mounted to the wall above a big black dresser.  The best part was that I had a bathroom to myself.  The mirror was big and the shower combined as a bath.  The bath had jets in it and a bottle of bubbles next to the edge. 

After I showered I went straight to bed, it's been an exhausting night..

Jay's POV: 

After I left her room I went to mine and plopped on my bed.  I couldn't stop thinking about her.  Her tired eyes looking at me and her black hair..  God she's beautiful.
