Nothing Personal (All Time Low - Jalex)

Chapter 1.

I sighed, tapping my foot impatiently as I waited for Alex to finish styling his hair. I didn't understand why he spent so long on it, it looked perfect either way. I sighed as he turned his head and looked at me with his perfect eyes, grinning a little at my annoyance.

"Hey what's wrong with you?" He chuckled, still messing with his hair.

"Oh, nothing" I sigh again, but this time with a small smirk dancing on my lips.

Alex bit his lip and ran towards me, pushing me over and making my back slam hard against the carpet floor. He kissed my cheek as his hands ran down my arms.

"Look, I will be one second" he giggled.

I huffed once more and pulled my shirt back to position, "okay then.." I said smiling lightly.

Once he had finished getting ready we hopped into the car, ready for a long drive down to the studio so the band could hang out and dabble with some new song ideas. I loved long drives with just the two of us, we would always talk and laugh with each other.

"Hey, after recording me and Jack are gonna hang out again. Are you cool with that?.." Alex asked as we got into the car.

He was always hanging out with Jack, more than me occasionally which I found odd - been as I'm his girlfriend. I didn't answer and instead rummaged through my bag as if I was looking for something.

"Sadie. I know you heard me, cmon please? Just for a while tonight and then my week will be dedicated to you. Promise." He begged, I couldn't help but say yes. A whole week dedicated to me? I smiled to myself as I thought about it, staring out the car window.

As we pulled up to the studio after a half hour drive, Alex let out a small sigh, followed by silence. I squirmed uncormfatbly until he finally looked at me. His eyes were wide and a grin played on his lips. He wasn't acting normal at all.

"Hey, about me meeting Jack later..." He started. I raised my eyebrow and nodded.

"I may be longer than usual.." He said, now looking down at his feet and fiddling with his fingers. A guilty look flooded his face and I felt a wave of dissapointment run through me. I simply shrugged and got out the car. Alex got out to and we walked to the studio, we held hands but didn't speak. I needed to know why he was spending all this time with Jack - it was unusual.
