Everett and I had returned back to my house. The teenagers at the beach made us leave, they spoiled the mood. We decided to spend the rest of the night playing games and listening to music. We were back in my room. I was confused and a bit ticked off,
"Who were those kids, Everett? The ones at the beach?"
"I don't know them."
"Then why do they hate you?"
"They are just high school assholes, the world is full of them. Just popular kids who get off on being mean and cruel."
"Everett, I can tell you're totally freaked out,"
My thoughts were interrupted by dogs barking outside. I walked over to the window and pushed back the curtain. Outside of my house stood the teenagers we had seen at the beach.
"It's them! They followed us here? This is bullshit."
I grabbed a pair of scissors and walked downstairs with Everett at my side. I looked up at him and he nodded, I walked outside to confront them. The jock looked up at me and rolled his eyes,
"Oh great he sent his little girlfriend out." The jock said.
"With a pair of scissors, are you going to make us some paper dolls?" The goth girl said sarcastically.
"This is private property, I have every right to call the cops." I replied.
"Go ahead, call them, you'll probably need them." The cheerleader responded.
"Screw that, she deserves whatever happens to her." The jock spat.
"Yeah, she's like those lonely fat chicks that marry guys on death roll. You're deeply deeply disturbed." The goth said.
"You guys need to take your disgusting made up faces and go home, now." I said, growing angry.
"Home? Where's that? I'm an only child. After what happened my parents split up, sold the house, moved away, no forwarding address, so I don't have a home." The cheerleader replied.
"Parents suck, but I can't fix it for you." I said.
"Can you fix this?" Said the jock while pointing at a fake bullet shot in his forehead. "Can you give me back my scholarship to Georgia Tech? I was supposed to be starting quarterback freshman year."
"She doesn't care, she's in love, and she'll do anything for him, including giving him her virginity. Tonight was the night, wasn't it?" The cheerleader hissed.
"Back off, it's none of your business." I said hotly.
The cheerleader chuckled and the jock said, "you stupid slut." The insult was aimed at me.
"She's worse than he is, she thinks it's okay what he did to us." The jock said.
"What did he do to you?" I yelled.
"Ha, she doesn't know." The cheerleader said.
"About what?" I questioned angrily.
The cheerleader laughed again. This geek guy stood up and tried to say something but instead blood spurted out of his mouth. He held his hand up to the realistic wound.
"It's okay." The cheerleader said while patting him on the back.
"How have you not heard about Westfield high?" The jock asked.
"I just moved here." I said
"Pick up a yearbook, bitch." The goth replied. "Or read a newspaper." She continued.
