Harry and Dudley are pulled from 4 Privet Drive when BOTH boys get hogwarts letters. They get taken in by the American Malfoy's and end up in the Sorcery American School Service (SASS). Then Draco comes to visit...*For those of you who don't know who the American Malfoy's are you can go find them in my Christmas one shot book, there's about 3 one shots about them...

~July 31, 1991~
Harry was standing at the stove making breakfast when he heard mail go through the slot on the door. He turns off the stove and walks to the front door. Picking up the mail he realizes that there are 2 identical letter addressed to him and Dudley.
He walks into the kitchen hands Dudley his letter and hands Vernon the rest. Harry and Dudley both start to open their letters when Vernon looks up. "Boys! What is that?" Vernon asks, and Dudley hands him his letter.
"Boys into the sitting room, PETUNIA!" Harry and Dudley walk out of the room and look at each other.
"What do you think going on?"Dudley asks.
"I don't know, Uncle Vernon is asking abnormally strange today..."
"Are you insulting my dad, Potter!"
"No, just stating that he's acting strange..."
"Oh..." the boys watch Petunia walk past the sitting room door.
"Let's see if we can here anything!" Dudley says, suddenly.
"You can, I'm not going into any more trouble..." Harry says, going to his 'room'.
"What's his problem? All he gets is a slap..." little did Dudley know that behind closed doors, his cousin was beat, he had scars to prove it!
Dudley leans against the kitchen door, "Petunia, your blood contaminated our son! He's one of those... those FREAKS!"
"What?" Dudley couldn't believe what he was hearing... his father thought he was a freak? He had heard him call Harry that but never him...
Suddenly a knock comes from the front door, Dudley hears his father stand up in the kitchen, so he scrambles back to the living room. His father walks past and the door. He opens it and asks, "Is there anything I can do for you, sir?"
"I'm here for the Potter spawn and a Dudley Dursley." A monotone voice replies.
"The is no such people, I demand you leave!"
"Then why is a strong magic current coming from your home?"
"I don't know what you're talking about!"
The man walks into the house and to Harry's cupboard. "What's in here Dursley? The Potters old positions?"
"It's none of your business! I demand you leave me house at once!"
The man opens the cupboard and sees a black haired boy curled up in the back.
"PETUNIA!" The man yells.
Petunia walks out of the kitchen and looks at the man in horror,"S-Severus? Is that you?"
"Yes, now, explain why Mr. Potter is in the cupboard looking as if he's only eaten once in the last week!" Severus snarls.
"He-" petunia is cut off.
"Because he's a worthless freak!"
"I'm calling my minister and the muggle police!" He says walking out the door then coming back a few minutes later with another man. "Minister, if you'll look in the cupboard, you'll understand why the children need to be removed."
The 'minister' looks into the cupboard and sees the small boy, who is now shaking. Police sirens can be heard in the distance.
"I look around and see if there's anyone willing to take them."
"Actually, minister, my godson's aunt is visiting and she's looking for more children to take care of, she trying to get her son to speak again after what his father did to him."
"Alright, Severus give her a call." The minister says as the police walk in.
"What seems to be the problem sir?" The female (recognized as a muggleborn witch) police officer asks.
"These two people have abused their nephew, the proof is in the cupboard, we already have another guardian on their way!" He says to her.
Severus walks back into the house with a woman and two eight year old children. "Minister, this is Milly Malfoy and her children, Demy and Derick. Milly has agreed to take care of the children."
"Excellent! Harry's in the cupboard and Dudley is in the sitting room, Severus go get the boy!" The minister says. Milly walks into the cupboard and touches Harry's shoulder, who flinches.
"Harry, my name is Milly, you and your cousin are going to be living with me and my children in America! Isn't that exciting! Derick and Demy will treat you like your their brother. Please come out."
Harry looks up at the lady and the first thing he notices is her hair. He reaches out to touch the platinum blonde locks but draws his hand back, "It's okay, Harry, you can touch it, I don't mind." Milly smiles, taking Harry's hand and putting it on her hair. "See? It's okay! Now, let's go, we've got to go pick up stuff from my brother before we leave." She says, pulling him off the ground. He follows her out of the cupboard and sees two children with the same Platinum blonde hair.
'Must be her children...' Harry thought to himself.
"Alright, 1,2,3... where's Dudley?" Suddenly the man from before walks out of the sitting room. "He refuses to move."
Milly pulls out her wand and walks into the sitting room, shouting can be heard then Dudley storms out and stands with the other 3 kids."Alright, Mill, I hope you take good care of them, good luck!" The minister says.
"I'll be fine!" Milly tells him herding the children out the door.
