1 - detention

I slumped my way home again dreading about telling my parents about the detention I got.
Humph life is so unfair why do they make us do stupid things at school today miss Jeffery's tried to make me stand up and do a presentation  in front of the class and like usual I froze  up my comfert zone barriers keeping my glued to my seat and miss was shouting at me.

No one believes me but I have barriers physical barriers that keep me in my comfert zone they shrink up  around me whenever I get to close to the outside of my comfort zone and prevent me from doing things I can see them as well they are like a kind of magical shield around me and can get quite annoying but if I concentrate  I can make them invisible for some time.

I knocked on the door and was met with a welcoming hug from my mum at least she believed me

Me: 'I'm gonna just go up to my room now'

Mum: 'okay and make sure you do all your homework before you start to play games'

Me: 'ookay and by the way I got a detention today'

Mum: 'what was it this time'

Me: 'a presentation'

I headed upstairs and slumped in my chair and pulled open my laptop and got to work on my homework

***a few hours later***

Mum: ' hey jack can you quickly nip out to the shop and get some more garlic for the pasta I'm making'

Me: 'sure thing mom'

I quickly headed out the house grabbing my coat on the way past I put it on and pulled the hood over my head. as soon as I reached the abandoned field I could see my barriers shrinking steering me to the left away from the field and

I was about to turn down another road when I saw something in the field...
