Selena's POV

It's been two days since my run in with a good friend of mine, Ryan Butler. I was meant to ask him if he knew anything about Justin's whereabouts but he didn't say anything. I knew he was hiding something but I can't be sure. That man was still here, I can tell; his Lamborghini was still in the garage. Every now and then, I would hear him brush past wherever I was but before I could see and stop him, he was gone. What if he didn't want me to know who he was? Who could it even be? I still haven't heard from Demi, which is extremely out of the ordinary.

I went outside and saw a little trail of smoke fading away; that means that whoever left that trail puff of smoke is still nearby. I followed it, being sure to keep myself quiet. The trail went around the garden and ended right at the hidden entrance on the side of the house. No one knows about this entrance except for... Justin and I. Does that mean that...? I went up the stone stairs, closing the door behind me; I smelled a bit of smoke residue outside Justin's room and went inside to see an unmade bed. He's definitely here. Either that, or someone had been stalking us for the last few years and has discovered everything about us.

I stepped inside and noticed that a laptop was open; I went over to it and saw that the background was of me, Justin, Demi and Ryan from three years ago. Wow. I must admit we don't exactly look the same. I moved away from the laptop, not wanting to find anything I'm not supposed to, and turned around. The phone on the bedside table started to ring. Shit. I have to hide somewhere. I went to the back of the room but before I could hide in his closet, he peered through. I instantaneously hid behind his bathroom door as it opened up.

"Hello?" Oh God, that voice is so incredibly sexy. How is that Justin? "I'm sorry I had to leave... Yes, I know... Would you calm down? Are your pregnancy hormones kicking in again or something? ... Look, we'll have the wedding in a couple months. Okay?" He didn't sound very happy. Wait... Pregnancy? WEDDING? I heard whoever it was on the phone tell him 'I love you' but all I got from him was 'alright.' He really doesn't sound happy. He sighed, mumbling some curse words under his breath. I got out from behind the door and looked at him in disbelief; not believing how incredibly hunky he has become and that he was supposedly engaged.

"So, this is why you're avoiding me?" I knew I startled him being in here and having witnessed his most recent conversation over the phone. I was on the verge of tears, but I pushed them back. I missed him and he didn't even care to tell me he was coming home.

"S-Selena? W-wow, you look... You look... Absolutely incredible. Astounding." His voice was shaken. He faced me completely, standing upright. He was definitely much taller than he used to be. Tan, muscular, deep voice, tattoo sleeve. I was lost in such amazement; I didn't realize he had come closer to me. "Why are you in here?"

I looked over to the other side of the room and saw the box of pizza lying in the bin. "You answer my question first." I exclaimed almost shaking. I thought about the last time he was here, it felt like so long ago.

"Listen to me, I'm sorry. I'm so very sorry I left. I couldn't bare to face you, thinking about how much sexier you might have looked through these past few years. I would have wanted to kiss you over and over again, but I can't. It wouldn't be fair to my fiancé." By now, he was grasping my cheek and leaning in closer than ever before, "And I was right. Seeing you here, looking as gorgeous as ever, it's making me want you all over again."

I moved away from him. I can't look into his eyes or else I'll be pulled back into a trance and melt at his touch. "No. You can't do this again." I had to get out of here. I began to walk out the door but Justin held me back by the arm, squeezing only slightly so that it wouldn't hurt me. He pulled me toward him and hugged me tightly. He was warm; I missed his hugs. "Justin, let me go." He kept his grasp on me, not loosening his grip one bit. I could feel his body being pressed up against mine as he moved his head down to rest on my shoulder. "I'm serious. Let me go this instant."

"I don't want to."

"Justin, please." I pulled as forcefully as I could and when I got out of his grasp, I saw him get a sad look in his eye - it broke my heart. But we can't be feeling this way about each other; we're siblings! Well, stepsiblings. I had to get out of his room; I didn't want to feel any more temptations. But before I could help myself, I ran my hand through his hair and gave him a quick peck on the cheek before walking out of his room.

"Selena, wait."

"No, Justin. I need to go."

"Selena, now I'm being serious. It's about mom and dad."
