Chapter 1: A Brand New Key

Zayn's POV: I just got out of the police station, for committing a so-called "crime". I mean, come on, I can't be the only teenager who steals in public places, especially in a small store like a Liquor Store! "Your free to leave son." the officer says while he takes of my handcuffs with his key. "Bullshit I'm no one's son!" I exclaimed, with my eyes full of anger and my teeth gritted. "What are you kids up to these days? Why can't you enjoy staying at home? Or shooting some hoops like your old man does?" the officer replied, with an annoying tone. "Well, first of all I don't have a father! I ran away from home, I'm living in an apartment downtown. And second of all, THIS IS A NEW GENERATION! SO GET USED TO IT! I screamed, gripping his collar. "Look son, you better watch that mouth of yours, or I could put you to jail....again." "Like I give a fuck." I replied, walking down the street. You know what, I hate my life. In fact, I think I'm just some mistake God made. But you know what bothers me? .....Why the hell am I still alive when I have NOTHING or NO ONE to live for........

Sally's POV:

21 Acreewoods, Greenwell Street. A beautiful village filled with nice houses, fresh flowers, and clean air. The kind of village I always dreamed of. Nothing to fancy, just simple like that! As I parked by the driveway, I grabbed my bag and got my suitcases. I went back to the car and woke up my 10 year old brother,Luke who was sleeping next to my 5 year old sister Annie. "Come on guys, wake up! We're finally here!" I replied with my happy tone. Once their eyes opened they hugged me and said, "Thanks Sally for driving all night!" they replied in unision, while running out the car. Oh kids, why do they have to be so adorable? "Sally! Sally! Open the door already!" Annie said, tugging on my bright yellow skirt. "Alright, alright hang on a sec!" I searched through my bag for the key. "Uh oh! I left the key in the hotel!" "WHAT!! SALLY" "Just kidding guys I have it right here!" I said, holding up the golden key. "Sally you are so annoying!" Luke said, lifting up my skirt. "Luke never do that again! Understand?" I said. "Yes Sally.....NOW PLEASE OPEN THE DOOR!" "Fine you grumpy dwarf!" I unlocked the door and entered inside. It was beautiful, everything we ever wanted. The living room was a nice, clean, white color. With windows all opened, letting in the fresh, clean, air. We went to the kitchen, and their were counters and cabinents all around the room. WIth a nice dinning table in the center, which is one of the things you'll notice first in the entryway! We ran upstairs to our bedrooms, there were 4 bedrooms. 3 were our actual bedrooms, while the other one was a guest bedroom. "Wow this place is awesome!" Luke said, jumping up and down. "It's pretty!" Annie said. "Well guys, this is our home." I said giving them both a warm hug. "And guess what grandma and grandpa are 2 blocks away! We can visit them after we unpack." "Yehey!" After all the screaming, and excitement happened we chose our rooms. Luke and Annie's were next to each other while Mine was next to the guestroom. My room was absoulutely hapy looking. It had light yellow walls, white windows, and a queen size bed with drapes hanging over it. Luke's room was light blue, mixed with white, and a single bed with race cars on them. While Annie's room was baby pink with lavender windows, and a princess bunkbed filled with dolls and stufftoys. "Look Sally! New Toys!" Annie exclaimed, while grabbing a teddy bear. "Where did these come from?" I asked. "Hey look! It's a letter from grandpa!" Luke said opening the letter. "Welcome to your new home! We painted the walls just the way you like it! Come over for dinner at 7pm! Oh and one more thing....Take a look at the magical place upstairs! Love Grandma and Grandpa" "Upstairs?" I said, with a confusing look on my face. We ran upstairs to see the beautiful magical place. We were on the rooftop, it was filled with flowers, green grass, and a white castle themed gazebo! "WOAH!" we all exclaimed with excitement. There was a swing and a slide both color White! And from then on, we all played around like the little kids we are.
