Brianna's point if view
I had just gotten off the bus early so I could walk through the woods. Maybe it wasn't such a good idea, but who cares? At school at had no friends, and my foster family didn't care, they often hurt me anyway. So maybe if one day I got hurt, I'd be sent to a better and safer place than my home.
I was walking through the deep part of the forest, my red vans crunching against the leaves. There wasn't enough light so I had turned on my flashlight from my phone. I loved the forest, my parents used to take me here for picnics before they passed away in a tragic car accident. I was in the back seat. I survived. They didn't. I almost wish I died instead.
I was dragged out of my thoughts by a snap of twigs behind a tree. I started to sweat. I know people have been murdered in this area, maybe someone's there? No, it was probably a squirrel or the wind. Another snap. This time closer.
From behind a tree I could see someone's shadow. My heart beat quickened. "Hello?" I whispered. I didn't expect a response which is why I whimpered when I heard a raspy "Good evening," back. I shuddered, that's when I heard the sound of something dripping. I looked at the figure from behind the tree. I could faintly see hands gripping a wound, and the plops were blood.
"Hey, are you okay?" I asked quietly, taking a step closer. That was a mistake because the figure jumped it from behind the tree and tackled me. I tried to yell but I couldn't when I saw the blue mask and empty eye sockets staring back at me. I just stared at.. whatever this creature is.
The creature pulled out what looked like a scalpel. That's when I began to struggle. I did t want to be cut up! If I had to die I wanted to die on my own terms not at the hands of a monster. "P-please don't." I stuttered. I swear I could see it smile under the mask.
Something hit me, I'm gonna die. I'm gonna see my parents. Only some pain and it will all be over. I stopped struggling, my short body going limp. I stopped pleading. The monsters smile disappeared from under it's mask. Tears flowed down my cheeks but I couldnt be bothered. I was going to die, it's going to be over.
The monster took its gloves hand and wiped a tear away, causing me to flinch. It jerked its hand back, almost like it was scared of me.
I used the last bit of courage I had to whisper, "do it already," I closed my eyes and clenched my jaw, but the monster didn't move. Just stared down at me. I thought maybe I would live, but that was before he took the rag out of his pocket, poured some liquid on it and put it over my mouth. I struggled before I took a deep breath. My eyes fluttering closed. The last thing I noticed was being carried bridal style by the strange masked creature.
Jacks point of view
She's strange. She isn't like the other girls I grabbed, most of the time they scream and begged. Not her, she just let it happen. I-I don't know why but I couldn't do that. I liked watching. The light leave from behind my victims eyes, but the light in hers was already so dull there was none to take. Maybe that's why this strange girl is passed out and tied up in the passenger seat of my truck. Maybe I'll kill her. She'll be a walking snack for me. My side clenched, the blood seeping through the bandages. I'd have to patch up when I get back to my home. I had an extra bedroom I knew would be good use.
I drive through the woods arriving at my small house. Dimly lit so no one would notice it. Slender gave it to me after an incident with Jeff. He said he'll never find me here. So I'm safe from him.
I picked up the limp girl and carried her into the house. I took her to one of the back rooms. It had grey walls with a grey comforter. The bed set was grey and black. I personally like it.
My room was down the hallway, except mine was black and red and the bathroom was in my room. Hers would be right outside the door. I went into the room and dropped her onto the bed. Locking her inside so she couldn't get out.
And now we wait.
Okay loves, that's the end of chapter one. Im going to make the next chapters longer I just thought this was a good stopping point. Until next time
