I had just woken up. I went to the bathroom and did my business. I was ready to brush my teeth, when I saw a little girl in the mirror.
"Hello Dorothy. How are you this morning?" She knew my name? She also looked like me. When I was a lot younger though, I'm 85 now.
"H-how do you know my name?" I tried to stay calm, but I could feel my heart speeding up with every word spoken.
"Oh, I know everything about you Dorothy." The girl smirked, then disappeared.
I then realized that there was a girl in my house and I don't know who she is or where she came from. I was terrified.
I decided to call my son after debating on whether or not I should call the police.
"What's up? You ok?"
"There is a little girl in my mirror."
"What do you mean momma. You're the only person in that house."
"She was in my mirror. I almost called the police, but I called you instead."
"Ok. I'll come get you and you can stay at our house tonight."
"Alright. See you soon."
I started to put a small bag together for staying overnight.
He arrived after about an hour.
"Momma?"
"Hey Shannon, I'm pretty much ready, just gotta get a few more things." He came into my room and started talking to me.
"Mom, there wasn't a girl in your mirror. It was just your mind playing tricks on you. It's probably because you haven't been taking your blood pressure medicine. If your blood pressure is too low, you're not getting enough blood to your brain, so it may cause you to see things. Same for too high. You can still stay at my house, but I'm telling you, there is no girl in your mirror."
"I guess you're right." I didn't want to believe him, but after thinking about it, he made sense. I haven't taken blood pressure medicine in years, and it wasn't by doctors orders. I haven't even been to the doctor in years.
We got to his house and I talked to his children and wife. We then had supper (dinner) and went to bed a little afterwards.
He took me home the next day and everything went normal. I went to the doctor that day and they gave me some medicine for my blood pressure. It had been about 3 weeks of taking the medicine, I woke up, and went to the bathroom. I got up to brush my teeth and saw the girl again. I dropped both my toothbrush and toothpaste. I was shocked. Wasn't she supposed to be gone? I'd taken the medicine and everything.
"Hello Dorothy. You never answered my question." She said with a devilish smile. "How are you this morning?"
"I-i-im good, I guess." I gulped hard, not knowing what to do.
"That's good" She stepped out of the mirror and onto the floor in front of me.
She's not real. She's not real. She's not real! I kept thinking over and over in my head.
"Follow me Dorothy." She said as she walked to my bedroom. I could see that she had something shimmery in her left hand, but I didn't know what.
We came into my room and she turned slowly.
"Do you know why I'm here?"
"I think it's because there's something wrong with my blood pressure but now im not sure." I said nonchalantly.
"No you idiot. I'm here because I'm you, from the past. I'm here to kill you." She had an evil look in her eye and still had that evil smile plastered on her face. "Satan said he'd give me a not her chance if I kill you. He'll give me a better life. One without an abusive father." I was shocked. Everything started spinning.
I fell on the ground.

I figured out what the shiny thing in her hand was......
