"We need to talk." He said, as he kept wiping my hair. I didn't have Constance or my mother to back me up, so I had to listen to him. His face looked serious and confident. "What is it..." I focused on his facial expression and can tell it was important. "Let's talk about you first, how did ranch appear in your hair?" I didn't want to look at his face, I was too scared of what he thought about me.

"Who the hell are you!?" The same familiar voice from earlier spoke with a little sass in their voice. "Are you new or something?" Katelyn came back with Malane. I couldn't stand looking at her after everything. I fell apart at that moment, I couldn't keep myself together. A small drop of tears came down from eyes. I-I was crying for the first time in years. For the first time, I felt hopeless. "The names Breyer," He introduced himself while I just hid away the tears. No one notice me shedding tears, so I tried my best not to sob.

"Why are you hanging around this hopeless trash!?" She looked at me just in time for me to hide away my tears. I didn't make a sound or a comeback, I was truly hopeless.

"Why is a cutie like you wasting you're time with her." Amber replied before Breyer could answer Katelyn's question. "I appreciate it if you didn't call Isa a hopeless." I didn't believe it, he was really backing me up. I couldn't stop looking at his face, he looked even more serious than before. Breyer really is a good guy, I just didn't see it. "Why so formal?" Malane finally spoke. I turned my head from Breyer and made it to Malane. She was backing up Katelyn's claim, that's when I knew I lost her, I lost my best friend. My fears was coming true, all this time looking depress, I didn't notice that my best friend was suffering just as much. I took a deep breath and ignored the situation.

My mind was all over the place and my feelings just fell to the ground. I faced away and stared at the flashing bush. Malane didn't look sorry one bit. I looked over at the bush and notice, bushes don't flash. Breyer immediately notice the flashing bush and took my hands. A dozen men with cameras came out of the bush and chased us. As confused I was, Breyer looked really stress. He took out his jacket and made sure I covered my face. It was like he did this before. We lost a few paparazzi, but a few kept chasing us. Breyer made a turn and shoved me in the closest door. He shut the door and closed my mouth with his hands. The whole time he kept shushing me. As the sound of footsteps disappeared he opened the light. From the smell of bleach and dirty water, I could tell it was the janitor's closet. I sat on a stool while Breyer was trying to hear through the door. I stood silent while he just sighed in relief.

"Aren't you gonna ask me about the people with cameras chasing us?" I still was silent, looking at my shoes. "Anything?" Nope, not even a sound coming out of me. "Are you even breathing?" I had no reply. I was torn, Malane really hurt me. Just the thought made me wanna cry. "The Isa yesterday had a lot to say." He lifts up my chin with his hands and examined my face. I couldn't hold back the tears any longer, it had to come out sooner or later. His smile on his face went away and became more involved with my current situation. "It was those girls, wasn't it." This time, he wasn't wiping away the ranch out of my hair, he wiping my own tears with his thumb. I didn't notice how awkward it was, but I just became curious. Who is this guy and what does he want? "Who were those guys?" I finally replied without a single tear coming out. A smile finally appeared on my face, I couldn't let the people around me go away this time.

"They're Amelia's news, paper, and magazines. They followed us to California and knew we were searching for our next reign."

"I presume your mother explained everything, right?" I nodded my head. "What is the important thing you wanted to talk about?" I asked, as he sat down on another stool. "Oh, that's right!" He paused and said...

"Amelia wants you to attend your grandmothers wake & funeral."
