Quirk: She is immortal. She has been putting spells on children for thousands of years that allow her to keep her youth
Physical Description:She has long midnight blue hair that has tints of pink and purple and some weird sparkles. However, she has been known to put on a disguise that looks like 22 to lure children in, while working in an ice-cream truck.

Background: She had been abandoned at a young age. Although, not with purpose. Her mother loved her very much. When Cosette was a baby her parents took her on a hot air balloon ride. Cosette's father hated his wife so much that while they were flying over a mountain, he pushed her out of the hot air balloon. Cosette's mother held onto her husband's tie and dragged him out too. Cosette was left alone for two days before the hot air balloon banged into a forbidden witch lair. Cosette was treated from her wounds but lost one pinkie toe due to frostbite. Even when she transforms, she still has that missing pinkie toe. She grew up learning magic from this witch and Cosette was doing advanced magic at the age of three. Cosette is now the most advanced witch that there ever was and she's one of the last to ever exist.The location of all other witches are known, and are currently being brought back to the Mountain Range facility. As are all other quirks.
