"Genos, may I have a word with you?" I asked as I sat across him on the floor, with the coffee table being the only thing between us. We were currently in the living room, and the cyborg was in the middle of writing something again, while Saitama's cooking dinner in the kitchen.
The cyborg looked up at me and stopped writing, before he gave me a nod.
"My apologies for this, I was really hoping that you would be able to realize it yourself, after so long." I spoke. "But it seems that I have to say it straight to your face, just for you to realize."
The cyborg's eyes widen, and he opened his mouth to speak, but I cut him off.
"You focus too much in attacking!" I spoke up, hearing an "Eh?" from both my brother and the cyborg. He must be listening in.
"You would always strike first in battle, you don't put much thought about defense, AND I hardly ever see you counter attack!" I scolded. "I see no problem with your attack, speed, nor reflexes, but you really should fix your defense, and please do try to counter attack every once in a while, it seriously helps."
"I-I see..." The cyborg finally spoke. "I'll keep that in mind, thank you, Suzuno."
"No problem." I spoke. "How about you work on that task tomorrow?" I suggested.
"You won't be available tomorrow?" He asked.
"Sadly, no." I sighed. "I plan on visiting my old master, he moved in somewhere in City Z along with his disciple a month ago, and I must say I was pretty pissed when he forgot to tell me. Thankfully he remembered and texted me about it earlier."
"Old master?" I heard the two boys wonder outloud.
"The one who helped you in taekwondo?" Saitama asked from the kitchen.
"You do know it's rude to listen in other people's converstations." I scolded. "And to answer your question, yes, it's the one who taught me Taekwondo."
"May I join you?" Genos spoke up. "I would like to meet him."
I gave it some thought, before a sigh escaped my lips. "Fine, but remember what I said earlier. I want to see some huge changes next week."
"Understood." He answered before he continued to write.
"We leave after breakfast." I informed before I went to my room.
I took my black backpack and placed my old taekwondo uniform in it, along with my black belt. I also placed some extra clothes in there, just in case.
"Suzuno! Dinner's ready!" I heard Saitama call out from downstairs.
"Be right there!" I yelled back, before I ran out my room.
~*~*~*~
"Ready?" I asked the cyborg as I placed a water bottle in my bag. I was currently wearing a white shirt, jeans, and a plain black jacket.
He nodded as I sling the bag over my shoulder and took the plastic bag I left on the table, which had two boxes inside, both filled with muffins that I made earlier. "Let's go then." And with that we left the house, and began walking.
"Let me carry that for you." He spoke as he reaches for my bag.
I brought the object away from his hands and playfully spoke, "Oho? Turning into a gentleman now, I see."
His face readen upon hearing my words, making me laugh a little.
"I'm kidding, I'm kidding." I informed, giving him a pat on the back, my smile staying.
"So.. may I?" He awkwardly asked again.
"Sure thing." I spoke, handing him the bag. "I'm carrying these though." I happily announced, looking at the two boxes inside the plastic bag. They both have a blue checkered design, and were both wrapped with a strand of white yarn.
"Muffins?" He asked, following my gaze down to the two boxes.
"Yeah, they were my master's favorite. I hope his disciple likes them too." I informed as his gaze turned to me. "I made four apple muffins, four blueberry muffins, and four oatmeal muffins."
"That makes twelve in total." Genos pointed out. "There's only two of them, right?"
I laughed at this, "Well yeah, but master's a pretty big eater."
"And yes." I quickly added. "There still some left back at home."
"I see." He spoke, before he turned his gaze back to the road infront of him.
"Oh my God, Demon Cyborg!" A girly voice from behind was heard. Before we could even react, a girl ran up to him. She must be a fan.
"U-Um.. h-hi, is it alright for me to take a picture with you? And maybe ask a few questions." She asked, obviously not noticing me. I had my hood on, but is that really the reason?
"My apologies, but I'm with someone, and we really need to get going." Genos politely declined.
"Oh, I'm sure it's okay with you friend, right?" The girl asked before she turned to me, glaring daggers, that was until she noticed who I was.
"Why wear such a threatening look?" I asked with an eyebrow raised.
"Dark Angel?! I'm so so so sorry! I thought-"
"You thought I was some nobody?"
"Yes- I mean no! Wait- I mean-""We really must be going." Genos spoke, before he took my free hand, and began walking away, dragging me with him.
"Well ain't she annoying." I joked.
"Jealous?" Genos teased.
I laughed at this, "Oh so now you're the one teasing here? And to answer your question, no. She was obviously about to trash talk me, and I bet she would have continued if I wasn't "Dark Angel" or "Kuroneko". Which I find quiet rude."
"I agree." He spoke.
"Nice move you did back there."I teased. "Taking my hand and pulling me away like that, have you been watching any romantic films lately?"
He chuckled, "Well, no."
My smile grew upon hearing his laughter, "You know, you should laugh and smile more."
"Oh?" I nodded at his comment.
"Yeah, it's quiet cute actually." I complimented, turning my gaze to him, just in time to see his face redden.
"Does that mean-"
"Just because I called you cute, doesn't mean that I would be your girlfriend so easily." I answered."R-Right, I'll be working hard to earn your heart then." He spoke with such determination, it was pretty cute to be honest.
I small laugh escaped my lips as the thought crossed my mind.
