School - A place where most people go to study and gain knowledge in subjects like English and Mathematics. Education is the process of receiving knowledge. Yes, everyone in school receives education in schools, enhancing themselves to be more clever and knowledgeable. Even though it seems that going to school is a great thing, it is not. It tires your brain out.

It is mentally tiring especially when you started to advance the higher education levels.

Lots of people will say being able to have an education and able to study is a blessing. Yes, it is and there are many reasons behind it. Let me list out a few reasons. Firstly, not everyone is able to afford the fees to study in schools. Yes, there are a few people out there who are not good financially and aren't able to study, therefore education are blessings to people in a way. Finance will be a huge factor in whether you can study when you rise up to the higher education levels like University as normally the fees for admission to there are costly that even if you are able to cope well with no financial problems, you might even struggle to raise money for the fees for it. But finance is not a problem if you are able to do well in your studies as you are able to receive a scholarship which can help to fund your school fees that you might be struggling to afford.

Secondly, you will be receiving knowledge and learning new things that you have not come across or heard before. Before you go to school and start your education, you definitely didn't have any idea what is Mathematics or Science. Not only that, you won't even expect that each subject have their subjects too (more like "sub-subjects" to me). For instance, in my country, when I am going through my Secondary School education, I studied Maths but through two subjects - Elementary Mathematics and Additional Mathematics. For Science, I also learnt three subjects which are Physics, Biology and Chemistry. Even when I have finished and move on to the next education level, I am exposed to more subjects like Economics, Programming and Investment. From there on and with more exposure of more different subjects, it suddenly feels like there is an infinite number of subjects. (Finance, Analytics, Engineering, History and Geography etc.)

Next, you can enhance your worth in the world and show it through your education. (with exam certificates and certificates of completion etc.) As you climb up the education levels, your net worth in the world will be higher since you have became smarter through education in schools with your certificates and accolades as a proof. What do I mean by your net worth/worth in the world? It actually shows your current ability in the world and how much you are needed (in the working world). The more educated you are, the more jobs you are to able to take due to your ability. Of course, this applies to jobs that are related to the knowledge you have gained and also maybe some practical skills that you have. (Not every job only just have the requirement of a certain level of knowledge. Some require other important factors like practicability, behavior, attitude and characteristics etc.)

These are the few reasons that I can explain why education is a blessing. There are many more other reasons to explain it, just that I can't explain properly like how I do for the three reasons above.

I can't deny that education is a necessity. Without it, we will not know how to do many things or maybe even basic things like writing and counting. Furthermore, it is a necessity especially in this age now as the world has become more competitive with education become more accessible and prosperous to more people. This leads to the requirements of certificates and achievements as this can actually make you stand out and let people see the difference between you and them. (the difference between of both face values in the world) Of course, these accolades and certificates only can tell others how are knowledgeable are you and not your characteristics. Hence, it is quite sad that kind and well-mannered people aren't able to have an equal chance in getting jobs with others who are rowdy and mean since some employers only look at the education level and not judge based on their personality and behavior etc. Fortunately, some employers do in fact look out for employees' characteristics and good points other than their education levels mentioned. Nevertheless, please remember that education is still vital and all means study hard and do your best as education is still one main factor that employees will look at before making any choices.

Okay, let's talk about school. Not only education is important and is hard to get for some people, it is also hard to cope in school while try to complete the education level you are in. When you first start in your first school, it is easy to progress at first, sometimes it seems that the highest grade is too easy to obtain. However, just like climbing a mountain, it gets harder as you progress and finish each level of each education level. It is tough especially facing the end of each stage which is always the toughest obstacle in each education level. Even you had finished an education level, you might or have to advance on to the next level and then face an education level tougher than the previous one(s) completed.

Let me say an example - me. When I started primary school (it is the first education level after kindergarten), the first year was relatively easy for me as I almost got the highest grades for each three subjects except for one. After that year, my grades start to crumble throughout each year with me only able to get a high grade for Mathematics consistently. (The young and stupid me thinks that I have a talent for it sometimes) Subsequently, I went through the first level with results that were not that bad at all. Then, secondary school was another world with totally new (some are new) and harder subjects. After finishing my "O" levels in secondary school and obtaining a set of results that I deemed was disappointing. (because I was doing well just before the major exams) I later progressed on to the tertiary level and currently learning subjects that are 15x harder than the ones I studied for in secondary school. After all, the subjects get harder and harder. And after that, you might start to feel the pressure and probably sleep later and later everyday (it happens to me so much right now. welp)

School is indeed mentally torturing, having you to absorb a vast amount of knowledge. As each level is completed, the content gets more and more, and eventually tires your brain out. Of course, this doesn't apply to everyone. If you are also struggling, don't worry, I feel you too, because I am on the same boat as you. All we can do is try to press on and try our best.

School is not a place with teachers and friends. Friends are the people that stand by you and support you while going the same s**t journey as you. It is okay to not have any friends or having a few since some friends come and go very quickly. However, teachers are a crucial part to your academic progression. If they are willing to help you and be a good pillar of support, it will be much easier for you to handle your studies as long you are hardworking. However,  if your teacher might be fierce, well it might because your teacher might have the mindset of being fierce might be the way to spur students into working hard.

Well, education is needed to increase your worth in the world and have a greater chance to be employed. And school is the place to receive your education and be equipped with knowledge. After all, even though education in school might be mentally tiring and torturous (in some ways), please press on and complete them and pursue the higher levels as education is super vital in the real world right now.
