the only light; however, was a single streetlight directly above his head.

so he sat on his knees and didn't do anything. he felt too empty to even think.

and just as tears started to fall from his eyes, rain fell from the sky.

the rain got very extreme in a short amount of time, it wasn't long before he heard the boom of thunder.

then he saw the bright purple bursts of light, getting closer and happening more frequently every second.

until it kept landing on the ground in a circle around jimin, as if teasing him.

and then it struck him, and it was over in a flash of pain before he had enough time to comprehend what had happened.
