When In Cali

Ava's POV:

My alarm clock went off alerting me it was time to get up. I groaned. Getting up in the morning was always my least favorite part of the day. I rolled over squinting my eyes to read the time, 5:30. Then I remembered.

Today my best friend, Ali, and I were taking a plane to California.

Every Summer we pick any destination and travel there. Our parents pay for it of course.

I cut off my alarm and reached for my phone my heart racing with excitement. I checked Instagram and Twitter. Then I tweeted; "Today is the day!" and then I tagged Ali in it.

I crawled out of bed and changed into my clothes. I wore a pair of black high waisted shorts, a sunflower crop top with silver Jack Rogers. My phone went off with a lot of mentions. Nobody knew I was going to California, and I was surprised after all these years, Ali and I have never been to California.

I checked the mentions and refreshed my feed about 3 times before deciding to put in makeup. I applied some BB cream, curled my eyelashes and then applied a couple costs if Benefit's They're Real mascara. I put in some diamond studs and went downstairs. Nobody was up. My two parents were on a business trip and my older brother was still sleeping.

It was only 6:00 and my flight left at 8:00. I opened the fridge and pulled out some strawberries, cut them and sprinkled a pack of Splenda. I sat at the kitchen table and checked Instagram and twitter one more time. I then decided to open up Vine and make one. I didn't mention this but I am a "famous" Viner.

"Hey guys! Today is the day I'm going to California!!! *screams* Hopefully, I will get to meet some of you guys! Love you all!" I posted it and waited for my phone to keep lighting up.

Then a my phone lit up before my life literally changed all of the Magcon guys followed me on all of my social media. Like wtf is going on...
